We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Samanta's place was everything I needed during the stay in Parma. Really great place and awesome host.

Very nice accommodation and in a very central location, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The interior is clean, tidy and welcoming, with everything you need for a longer stay (unfortunately we only stayed a few days). The area is full of clubs, restaurants, and very convenient for those who want to get around by train or bus. Our host was always helpful and kind. The only small aspect to take into account is the night noise, but it is completely normal if you choose such a lively and central area. In general, a super positive experience, highly recommended!

This is an outstanding Airbnb in the most beautiful part of old Parma. Fausto was a wonderful host, responding immediately to questions, taking action in person to fix a minor issue, and offering support and advice throughout our visit. It was such a pleasure to meet him and stay in his great apartment. The apartment is well-supplied with consumables and has excellent appliances. It is on a quiet street, but very close to the magnificent cathedral, with great cafes and restaurants within a few steps. We had a perfect week in Parma, and you should too.

Robert’s place is super clean. Everything looks brand new. It even has a dryer, which is rare in Italy. The only issue was to find parking. The spots described were always occupied. Ended up in a paid lot about 15 minute walk from the apartment. Still we had a great time in. Thank you Roberta, for the cleanliness of the apartment.

Claudio’s apartment was perfect for the three of us visiting Parma for the F1 weekend . Location is bang in the centre of all the action and there are lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Everything matched the photos and description and the apartment was even bigger than I’d imagined. Two bathrooms a real bonus and a rarity in the area. It’s the only apartment on the 3rd floor of the building and the lift was very useful for getting suitcases up there. A real find , good value and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

I immediately fell in love with this wonderful home and it was a lightning bolt. I wasn't wrong. We had a great time as it has everything you might need. The beautiful outdoor spaces were very appreciated by our dogs. Possibility of parking both inside and outside the house. Tommaso was very kind and helpful, we really appreciated it. We'll definitely be back.

... beautiful location in front of a small Italian mountain village (opposite the church outside the castle-like village). The furnishings are practically thought out in a small space, without superfluous items and yet appealing. The location is optimal as a quiet retreat and for trips to the sea and sights: La Spezia 1/2 h by car, Cinque Terre Riomaggiore 1/2 h by car and 1/4 h by train (from La Spezia station), Lucca 1 h by car, Pisa 1 h by car and beach in Lerici 1/2 h by car. Hiking is probably also very interesting in the mountainous wooded area. We didn't do that this time and will try it out on our next stay. Since the mountain slope drops steeply right behind the house, there is a sunny spot only on the small balcony and on the old stone bench to the street. That's no problem with the little traffic and the totally nice neighbors. We felt very comfortable for 10 days.

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

I've in Parma many times and I loved Nicolle's place. Hope to find it again next time. Is amazing how quiet is inside the apartment despite all the vibration and all-day life of the surroundings.... it was a NICE stay!!!

Walter is the consummate Airbnb host. He made us feel right at home and was an enormous help when we had some car trouble the morning we left. He was kind and accommodating and left personal touches throughout the apartment. He is an excellent example of why I book accommodations through Airbnb - I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

Our stay at Colleen's went very well. Very accommodating for our check-in time. The apartment is very spacious, with everything you need in a really quiet environment. It was very easy to park near the apartment and a supermarket is within walking distance. I would recommend it without hesitating
