Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, ideally located, close to the center of Sallanches ( 10 minutes walk, 3 minutes by bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a dead end. The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

The building features a combination of wooden and modern architectural elements, complemented by snow-dusted rooftops. Tall trees frame the entrance, while majestic mountains rise prominently in the background under a clear blue sky.

Close to Chamonix, St Gervais, Megève, Combloux for skiing, mountain biking and hiking. Prime location close to downtown, sports fields, aquatic center, lake. You can do anything on foot. This garden level surrounded by a hedge allows you to eat outside.
