Enjoy your pure privacy in front of the wood burning stove. apartment is annexed to a small Castle! Very quiet area Beautiful walks and hikes right outside the front door. Rental car recommended even though trains to Salzburg / Vienna are just a short walk away. We even have a sports airfield close by where you can rent a small plane or book a scenic flight or any another destination.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

With an impressive view, this beautiful apartment is located on a small hill directly at the foot of the wellness hotel Schloss Pichlarn. The apartment has been owned by our family for 25 years. Unfortunately, it is empty most of the year and we have now decided to give other people a great holiday in beautiful Irdning. Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon !
