Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

This property shares 17 acres with a main house located approximately 250ft from the home. We are on a farm with guard dogs, therefore, no pets no service animals.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High rock lake front very secluded area of the lake. Private pier and floating dock. We are on a shallow part of the lake at times if it’s dry enough or damns open out pier can be on the ground. 95% of them time we have good water. There are outside cameras and they are off during your stay, but if it makes you feel more comfortable, we leave the blink module in living room you can unplug during your stay just plug back in when you leave.

It has AC/ Heat, a flushing toilet, and a shower. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment situated on a beautiful 3.5 acre property! Massive walk in tiled shower with multiple shower heads. Friendly dogs allowed for $35 a dog. No more than 2 dogs. Must be left in a crate if left in apartment alone. We have a large crate available to use. We have a SUPER friendly 2 year old poodle/border collie mix that will greet you!
