Simple, uncomplicated handover of the key. Claudio responded reliably and quickly. Very nice reception and everything you need was available. The apartment was also kept very clean! We were very impressed by the friendliness of the owners and the beautiful apartment. We were provided with directions and were able to ask the hosts any questions, so very helpful. As I said, we were very enthusiastic and can only recommend the accommodation! :)

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

My stay for work/relaxation made me discover this apartment in Montesilvano in an optimal location, facing the sea less than 50 meters from the sea. The apartment is well cared for in every detail and there are excellent seafood restaurants, pizzerias and typical cuisine suggested by the host. Ability to park the car near the property without problems. Thank you Catia!
