Patricia was very nice with me for the moment I booked till I left. She send me all the instructions of how to get to the apartment and apartment was really nice, more than what I expected, very nice view from the balcony. Patricia went beyond being a landlord. She helped me to a find a nice guy to be a translator to Spanish. The guy was very nice and I really appreciate all the help from Patricia and translator. One time, I left the keys of the apartment inside and Patricia was really fast to help me to solve the problem. I usually don’t write a review but this time I did because I really liked the apartment. Thanks Patricia.

A great location... everything super good... only 2 observations.. 1. the pressure of the keys to the bathroom and kitchen is low. 2. the pool hours are not good and 7pm must be out. despite these observations the accommodation is worth it.. I do not regret if I ask if I will come back I will respond if I will respond if

The place is comfortable, the best thing is the view from the 12th floor. It has access to the beach and the private club, which is a plus since you can eat and drink there without having to leave the premises. The host Alex responds very quickly to your inquiries and make you feel right at home.

An amazing place with an excellent location, it had many surprises for me, the truth is that the photos don't do justice to what the place is like. A huge rooftop with a beautiful ocean view, you can see the ocean even from the jacuzzi. Very good induction kitchen, it has pans and pots for cooking. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just 5 minutes away. A safe place, the car park is indoor with a roof and security. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly and ready to help however he can. I will recommend it to friends and family.

The property has a spectacular view, everything is perfectly organized and matches exactly what is shown in the photos. Ana María was very attentive and proactive in communication, always attentive to our needs. Beautiful apartment on the beach. very spacious, has everything you need and more. Really nice pool that overlooks the beach. Some sun loungers as well, was always really quiet. We basically had it to ourselves. It was great for a few relaxing days after travelling. There's also a pool table / table tennis + a small gym. All the staff at the complex were very friendly and helpful. Fernando was equally very helpful and would answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcome. I would definitely return if back in Salinas.

Daniela's apartment is perfect for a family vacation with children. If you are looking for a quiet, private place with a calm enough sea to bathe with children, this is the place. As for the staff that manages the building, excellent, very helpful, willing to help and they are very clean, the pool is cleaned daily, garbage is collected every day. As for the apartment, it's very clean, tidy, with a privileged view, with everything you need in the kitchen to be able to cook or serve food, air conditioning and TVs, all in optimal condition, an apartment with a decoration that gives a lot of peace, I would return for my next vacation.
