The house is located within a private condominium and 300 meters from Chipipe beach. The town is super quiet and comfortable at the same time to enjoy as a family. The condominium is private and has a 24/7 guard and includes a parking lot for one vehicle. The house is for 6 people. We can accommodate 2 more people with two inflatable mattresses that can go in the rooms, WITH AN EXTRA COST We also have beach games and a playpen for children under 2 years old

Welcome to our one storey villa in Salinas! Ideal for families or groups. It features a private pool that is also temperate (not hot). Parking for a medium or large vehicle inside the property. You will have wifi, cookware, beds and soap/towels. Check-in from 3pm Check-out by 12:00 PM Guests are not allowed in. For security we have cameras in the parking and exterior area. Only the people stipulated in the reservation can enter the villa.
