Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Candolim! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The amenities provided made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—close to all key spots yet peaceful. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Raj exotica. From the moment I arrived, the Host (mounika) was very friendly, and very professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and they were kind enough to accommodate an early arrival. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The view from the window was also a pleasant surprise.

The stay is very spacious and the views are amazing. The caretaker is just 1 call away at any point, very prompt service and housekeeping was coming everyday

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

1. The apartment is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and offering an incredible view. The highlight for me was the huge balcony—truly a space you’ll fall in love with. 2. All the amenities listed were provided, and everything worked perfectly. The Wi-Fi speed was so good. 3. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Sairaj, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, even helping with an early check-in. Tapan, the caretaker, was extremely humble and took care of almost everything around the property. 4. The location is fantastic, with plenty of food joints just 5 minutes away from Titos Lane. The connectivity is excellent. This was my best Airbnb experience, and I genuinely loved it. Nice stay with a friendly host. It's within walking distance of small shops and restaurants and not too far away from the beach. The home was comfortable for a family that needed a bit of space. The security guard was helpful as well.
