We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

It was an amazing stay at Candolim and Naveen was a gracious host. A special shout out yo Krishna the care faker of the property who was kind and responsive and very helpful. The property is very close yo the beach and our daughter had a wonderful time.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great stay! The stay was extremely comfortable - a very spacious space and clean, parking is available and a quaint neighborhood.. Joe and Evis were extremely helpful and in fact Joe went overboard in trying to help us find two wheeler rentals during the busy New year season.. They were also highly responsive.. We had a really great time staying at their place and would definitely recommend it to anyone

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. The interiors are tastefully done, with spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas. The private pool was a highlight-clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout. Its location is ideal-close to popular cafes and beaches yet peaceful enough for a tranquil getaway. We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

The stay was amazing. Will totally recommend others. The airbnb was better than the pictures. It was all neat and clean with all the amenities. It is 3-4 kms to famous north goa beaches. The room-service was on point too. It had a parking space as well. Proper utensils were there in the kitchen. The helper was also very active and available on call.

The photos on Airbnb don’t do justice to how stunning this villa truly is. The entire space is beautifully designed, with multiple sections—starting from the parking area, leading up to the villa itself, then the pool, and finally direct access to the beach. Each section feels private and well thought out, offering both seclusion and easy beach access. We had an absolutely fantastic stay—completely worth it and highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

We had a comfortable stay at Terrence place. We felt right at home. Suvarna and Chandutook great care. Always prompt and ready to help. It's a serene neighbourhood and apt for those who lovers peacefull environment to spend the lazy days. We would definitely return to stay here more often.

Great place. Barca themed and fabulously maintained. You get everything you need around. whether you are planning for peaceful vacation or a adventure filled one, you get best of both worlds here. The infinity pool is well maintained fantastic view. The jacuzzi in apartment is perfect relaxation much needed during vacation break. No second thought if you are looking to book.

Beautiful Villa, exactly as advertised. Peaceful neighbourhood, yet well located and close to great restaurants. The villa has a peaceful and friendly vibe. The caretaker Santosh and his wife Laxmi took great care of us . Their attitude was top notch. Highly recommend this villa.

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa.
