A boat can also be rented on request.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.
