Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salema

Probably the loveliest and cutest holiday rental I have stayed in - actually wished we could have spend more down time in the flat, but there is just a lot to do in Algarve! Everything looks just like in the pictures and Carlos and Eileen have thought of everything guests might need. The highlight is definitely the green garden with the outdoor bathtub. The kitchen is also really well equipped. Carlos and Eileen provided an incredibly detailed virtual guide, which included instructions on how everything works in the flat (including video instructions on how to operate the coffee machine, blinds, etc), as well as loads of great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The bed is up below the ceiling, so it does get a little bit hotter there than in the rest of the flat, but with the aircon (which worked well and pretty quietly) it's totally fine.

We had a lovely time at the place. Everything was well arranged, the instructions were clear. Our favorite was definitely the terrace, perfectly set up for relaxing. The host is very responsive and proactive in his actions. We enjoyed it. There are 2 good restaurants nearby and in the evening, it's quiet. I recommend the place without hesitating!

Stephanie was a wonderful host. She was always approached and took care of us during all our entire stay. We felt right at home at her beautiful little house. Raposeira is lovely little village, full of lovely people. Even though it’s quiet and peaceful, it’s surrounded by spectacular sceneries, breathtaking walking trails, and buzzing cities like Lagos. We spent 5 nights in Mariana's cottage and felt very comfortable there. A small oasis of calm. We were able to make good use of the outdoor lighting, especially the pool. There were enough different areas. The private terrace on the first floor was lovely and private. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We'd come back.

I felt very comfortable from the start. The cottage is equipped and furnished with everything you need. The views and idyllic location made the stay perfect for me. I would definitely stay longer next time.

We had an amazing stay at Hugo’s place - definitely one of the best spots in Arrifana! The location is unbeatable.. right on the beach with stunning ocean views and the peaceful sound of waves all day long. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The apartment was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Simple but cozy, with all the essentials. Hugo was an exceptional host- very friendly, responsive, and always available if we needed anything. Great communication throughout our stay. The area is perfect for surfing with plenty of rental shops nearby, plus great restaurants within walking distance. Aljezur is only about 15 minutes away if you need supermarkets or extra supplies. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Plenty of space, great location, Britta is great, easy and super nice communication, there were insider tips from Britta, it was clean, the outdoor shower is of course a highlight, the small village is very nice,…. Everything was wunderful. The studio is really cozy, nice and beautiful in an authentic little village. Leandre and Giorgio are really nice hosts. We felt so welcome and they always helped with everyting. We are looking forward coming back.

The apartment is truly perfect. Pictures speak for themselves. Location is also perfect with so many restaurants and the beach nearby and a great grocery store 500 feet away! Pascal was a wonderful host. When you contact him thru Airbnb, a message comes up saying that his typical response time is 10 min which is outstanding. In our experience it was more like 2 minutes! He is so friendly and very helpful. We had 2 minor questions during our stay (no issues!) and Pascal was so quick to help. He definitely has love for this family home and makes you feel like you are welcomed into a family members home. We hope to return some day soon!

Leslie is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, supported us with local tips, eg with the local car rental. Her place is calm and beautiful. I loved the beaches close to the house. Just amazing!

Great apartment in a fantastic location! We really enjoyed our time in Lagos thanks to staying in Paulo and Carla's wonderful apartment. Everything was functional and easy to use. Communication was great. And the proximity to the stunning beach was amazing!

William was hands down the best host we’ve ever had. He prepared the most thoughtful and warm reception we’ve ever experienced - truly above and beyond. The apartment itself was absolutely incredible: spotless, beautifully designed, and in a perfect location. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you’re coming to Lagos, this is the place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views are unreal, pictures cannot do it justice. Short walk to the beach and a pool right below! Gil and Telma were very responsive, we had lost power one night and Telma helped us fix right away. Perfect stay for our first time in Lagos and we would definitely return!

Miguel’s Airbnb is a true gem — easily one of our favorite stays in Portugal. The location is perfect, with stunning views and just a 10-minute drive to beaches, restaurants, and everything we needed. Miguel was a fantastic host, welcoming us in person and sharing great local tips. The place is fully equipped with everything from AC to a washer/dryer and coffee machine. It felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Miguel, for making our trip so memorable!

I wish every Airbnb host could be as great as Joana! The best stay I have ever had by far!! The home is so cozy and in a great location. All the snacks and stocked fridge was very much appreciated and convenient so we did not have to leave every time we were hungry. 1000% recommend staying here, worth every penny!!!!!!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!

We had a great stay! Apartment is nicely decorated and is a short walk to old town and in a quiet area, so no noise problems for a good nights sleep! Co-host was great and very friendly. Arranged travel from and to the airport for us and provided luggage storage on the last day after check out, with access to a swimming pool too. Terrace with sea view was nice. Would recommend this place to anyone for a stay in Lagos!

Our stay was really perfect all around! The place was at least as beautiful as in the pictures – super clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal: quiet, but still close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Nat is incredibly warm, helpful and always available. When we arrived, even a loving welcome gift was waiting for us – with fresh oranges and a bottle of wine. A wonderful gesture that we were very happy about! :) The private garage was also particularly practical. Since we were traveling with a rental car, we could park at any time and explore the beautiful area from there - without looking for a parking space or stress. We felt comfortable immediately and would have liked to have stayed longer. Absolute recommendation – we will be happy to come back! :)
