Monthly Rentals in Salem

Loved the tasteful decor, and the way this historic home has been modernized yet still holding its victorian charm. Many nice touches, and everything was nicely arranged. The bedroom is spacious and lovely. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time together staying at Lizzy's place.

Love this cottage. It's an older building but well maintained, comfortable and clean. Love the theme and there were just the right amount of decorations with that theme in mind. The cottage is bright from natural lighting. We stayed in winter but the deck looks like it would be a great place to hang out in the summer.

We loved our stay at Lathrop Farm. Being originally from Connecticut this property gave us the perfect opportunity to visit family and friends from several different areas in the State. Stacy was very responsive when we had a question about the TV. The property is so unique and was such a hit with our family get-together for the week before Christmas. Felt like a Currier and Ives holiday. Beds were extremely comfortable as were the wonderful linens. I didn't realize until shortly before our trip that the fireplaces are not to be used--we would have really enjoyed being able to use even a small Duraflame log. Otherwise had a wonderful stay.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely home. Highly recommend a stay here. it’s close to local attractions and the house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked too with equipment, utensils etc. Todd is easy and nice to communicate with.
