We had a positive experience staying at this property, which is an authentic Riad-style house. It has a very traditional and rustic charm, designed to reflect the historical architecture of a real Moroccan Medina home. Please note, this is not a modern hotel—so don’t expect the luxury or polish of one. Instead, it’s ideal for those who appreciate cultural authenticity and want to immerse themselves in a more traditional Moroccan atmosphere. We chose this place because we were looking to experience a genuine Riad, and it delivered just that. The location is also quite convenient—within walking distance to local eateries (some meals as affordable as 20 MAD), shopping streets, the taxi stand, Rabat beach, the train station, local stores, and even the airport.

Très bon emplacement, hôte réactif qui m’a guidé pour trouver un parking à proximité. Chambre agréable et bon rapport qualité prix.

Mehdi was super friendly, the riad is in a perfect location within the medina, very close to touristic spots, the beach and little food shops. We would definitely visit again.

Hajiba and Guy's Riad is located in a beautiful medina on the Sale side of Rabat. The location has an authentic and community feel to it, away from the main tourism sites (although just a short tram ride or boat ride away from them). The interior of the riad is beautiful with it being a newly built Moroccan home in a traditional style with all the amenities you would expect from a modern place - the perfect combination. Hajiba and Guy's hospitality was second to none with no request being too much. They gave guided tours, local recommendations and they made us feel like family. Best airbnb experience by far!

A great stay at this lovely raid. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious! The staff there was so nice and genuine with a great smile, male & female included. It's near the sea in a safe, quiet area. Thank you!

Great location in the old town close to all the restaurants and places to see/visit. Host was very good with communication and very helpful with everything. It was a lovely stay in Rabat despite the wet rainy days we have experienced.

That’s probably the best Airbnb in the heart of the Kasbah in Rabat! We arrived very late but Anas arranges us to check in and on the next day he left us check out late as well. The place is very well located, and the best thing is definitely the rooftop terrace where you can see the best view of Rabat.

This is the best Airbnb in Rabat with a great quality price ratio . Rania was helpful . Hamza welcomed us and made us feel at home and was very helpful and friendly . Our room had a private bathroom and was simple, beautiful and peaceful . The riad is beautiful and has a beautiful rooftop with a great view of Rabat. The location is great inside bokroun traditional market. It was a great experience and I recommend it 100% .

Très beau riad avec tout le nécessaire à disposition, très bien placé dans la médina et à proximité de la nouvelle ville. Les échanges avec l’hôte ont été très agréables, avec une grande réactivité. Merci pour ce séjour ! 🙂

Amine war sehr freundlich und flexibel, auch bezüglich der Check-in und Check-Out-Zeit. Er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und Lösungen für Probleme parat gehabt. Die einzigen Minuspunkte: das gemeinsam genutzte Waschbecken hätte sauberer sein können, die Pfanne in der Küche würde ich wegschmeißen, die Beschichtung ist komplett kaputt. Außerdem bräuchte es frische Putzlappen, Abtrockentücher und Spülmittel in der Küche, damit man alles auch sauber wieder hinterlassen kann. Die Lage ist super angenehm in der Kasbah, man ist sehr schnell am Meer und in der Medina. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Danke Amine!

We were welcomed warmly, Very well looked after, such beautiful building and sorroundings, wonderful bed, fabulous sheets and luxury feel bathroom & towels We totally enjoyed our time, a lovely breakfast prepared each morning. A great team, from front of house to back of house. It was lovely to meet Fatiha, she was warm and very welcoming, we had a lovely conversation, also purchased her natural skincare products.

Mon copain et moi avons adoré notre séjour chez Gilles. Son accueil était chaleureux et ses recommandations étaient très pertinentes. Khadija était tellement gentille et son succulent petit déjeuner était parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le coin détente pour la lecture sur la terrasse. Nous recommandons fortement!

Voici un résumé de notre séjour en quelques lignes : Un personnel incroyable, a l'écoute, disponible et d'une gentillesse infinie. Un lieu idyllique : beau et confortable. Un déjeuner de roi. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

C'est une demeure traditionnelle qui se profile dans les venelles enchevêtrées du cœur de la médina millénaire de Salé: dès que vous franchissez les portes de ce riad vous percevrez un patio orné de zelliges et de plâtrières aux motifs végétaux, un havre de paix entouré de salles majestueuses emplies d'une multitude d'objets et de meubles anciens, folkloriques, dépassés, des éléments tellement hétéroclites qui témoignent les différentes civilisations qui ont existé au Maroc au fil de l'histoire, des civilisations venues de l'Occident ou de l'Orient. À l'étage, vous disposerez d'une terrasse où les les couleurs éclatantes des pétales veloutées des buganvilliers s'harmonisent avec les tableaux de la grande chanteuse égyptienne Umm Kulthum, l'une des meilleures voix du monde arabe. Il s'agit bel et bien d'un espace féerique dans lequel l'observateur s'apprête à entamer un voyage dans l'espace et le temps jusqu'à dépasser limites de sa propre réalité grisonnante et homogéneisante.

The Riad is amazing. We had a lovely welcome with tea and biscuits. The Check-In was very flexible and easy. The rooftop is a great place to chill and it is very quiet although it is in the Medina and in walking distance to a lot of places. The Riad looks great and the rooms are comfortable. In one of the bedrooms there was an unpleasant smell but other than that everything was great.

The airbnb was a great place to stay. Very friendly people who were always eager to help. I have spent my 30th birthday with some friends there. But you should know that you cannot behave the same way like you would in Europe. You have to be careful with alcohol (since it's a muslimic country), loud noises or parties. But Sarah helped us to behave accordingly and showed great patience - also because there was a language barrier. Also you should know that you will not get your own key to enter the airbnb whenever you want to. You have to be there before midnight or tell the owners when you will get home. Same for the restaurant that is inside the Airbnb, you should tell in advance when you want to have breakfast or dinner there. So it's more a bed and breakfast than your "own" airbnb. Either way we had a great time in Rabat and we were so pleased to meet the people working there. Big plus : the house looked very beautiful - typically Morrocan.

Allotjament 100% recomanable. L'espai és preciós, net, ordenat i molt ben decorat. El personal és molt atent i amable, en tot moment ens varen fer sentir com a casa.

Unforgettable stay with top notch staff and amazing decor. This was the first time I stayed in a Ryad and it exceeded our expectations. Keep in mind that this is inside a busy Medina, you might get lost so don’t hesitate to contact the host, they will send someone to get you on an easy spot. They received us with an amazing tea and great pastries. The room was very artistic as every corner in this place. I couldn’t stop taking pictures! Of course, the pool… what a dream! We booked a massage, breakfast was included, they serve it on the rooftop and the views are breathtaking. They carried our bags to the car (bunch of blocks away) and even took us to a restaurant late at night when we didn’t know what was open, waited for us to eat and took us back (it’s all a maze in the Medina so this was super appreciated). We left a tip at the end because they really deserved it. My only regret is that I stayed only one night.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt im teil sale wo man direkt im Markt-geschehen ist. In der Unterkunft kann man sehr gut entspannen und bekommt von der Hektik draußen nichts mehr mit:) Besonders danken möchten wir Gabriel. Er war immer da bei fragen, Anliegen usw. er hat sich sehr gut darum gekümmert, dass wir uns wohlfühlen! Super nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

I had the pleasure of staying at Nadia's place. Incredibly nice service and people, delicious breakfast, wonderful view from the terrace. Room clean, tidy. A house with a soul, full of history, beautiful looking, and what a beautiful swimming pool. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
