Just a few minutes' walk from the South West Coast Path on the Jurassic Coast. The Donkey Sanctuary is a 15-minute walk and Sidmouth is approximately an hour's walk along the coastal path. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with tasteful décor throughout and many homely touches, lovingly cared for by the owner who lives in the nearby thatched cottage.

Exeter airport is a 30-minute drive away and Honiton has a train station with good links to Exeter and London.

A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.
