We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. Beautiful holiday home in Salcombe. A real gem. Surroundings gardens. Private parking for one car. Magnificent views. Seated deck. Main bedroom. en suite, king size bed Twin second bedroom, bunk room. Luxury White Company linen and towels. Family shower room. A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. Salcombe, North/South Sands, Coastal Path all close by.

At the end of a quiet and secluded private road near to the heart of Salcombe and perched at the top of private driveway, is Sunnyhill. Perkily pink, it sits serenely above the town. Surrounded by gardens and not overlooked, hugged from behind by the hill and woods above, this detached house is laid out with exceptionally light and spacious accommodation across two floors. The property has recently been given a total makeover bringing it totally up to date with modern requirements.

An expansive balcony overlooks the Salcombe Estuary, featuring a comfortable seating area made of light-colored wicker. A glass-topped table sits at the center, accompanied by drinks. Lush greenery and undulating hills border the water, with boats visible in the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

Sleeping up to 12 guests in total comfort it's a wonderful base for your next visit to the area. Luxury finishes, high end appliances, multiple parking spaces and stunning views await you from every room as you watch the boats and comings and goings on the water. We also offer 6 spa passes for the nearby Harbour Hotel which can be used through the stay.

The open plan living area features two large leather sofas, a minimalist coffee table, and a cozy rug. A flat-screen TV is situated on a sleek console, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Soft lighting creates a welcoming ambiance.

Just a 5 min.downhill walk into town centre, the modern property, accommodates up to 4. Parking for 1 car, 2 may be possible on request. It's a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. Contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & other is open plan with 2 single beds, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS.
