Very well-kept house with large garden in a quiet area. Everything was available as described. Very clean! However, there is a seating area in the seat for a group of 6. Pool was a nice plus for in good weather. Some wineries within walking distance, were just a short distance from Chateau de Chambord and Orléans. In summary, a very nice stay!

Very good stay in Alain's place. Very good hosting. Well located accommodation for visiting several castles and Beauval Zoo. The children particularly enjoyed the trampoline and the games available. Excellent value for money for this accommodation, it allows walking distance to downtown Blois (20 mins), and free street parking is a plus! The listing is as described, with impeccable cleanliness and quality bedding. The check-in instructions are also very clear, no complaints. We stayed in the apartment for a few days at the time of Bourges spring. The listing is conveniently located in a quiet area. You can walk to the city center in 5 mins . Nearby , it is possible to walk in the marshes. Clément hosted us and was able to answer our questions . The apartment is very well furnished , the bedrooms are very quiet because they overlook the inner courtyard. The rooms are bright. Everything is available for a pleasant stay and this has been the case! A great location .

Beautiful flat in perfect location near to everything. On the 8th floor, but traffic a little noisy in front bedroom! I would return !

The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and very cozy for a family of four. We really felt at home. Lucie was very nice and provided us with all the useful information, including parking in the area. Very central location, with boulangerie, supermarket and various shops all very close. Really very convenient and comfortable. We will certainly be back!

Hélène greeted us at the door and gave us a wonderful introduction to the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and the location right next to the castle overlooking the city is unbeatable, with incredible views overlooking the city from the patio. We found it very easy to travel on foot from the train station and to restaurants around town from the apartment. Great stay. Thank you!

10 out of 10 for location. Getting in was a bit of a struggle at first. You need to park in the street and it’s 21B you need to look for. Lovely light apartment with a really comfortable bed and wide terrace looking over The Loir through the trees. Pleasant 20 minutes easy walk into town either by the river or through the old town. Our VW Polo just fitted into the secure allocated parking. Bloir was a delight, totally recommend.

Thank you so much for this stay which met our expectations perfectly! The accommodation matches the photos perfectly, the setting was beautiful, peaceful, quiet and the view was magnificent!! We were hosted very well, the spa was really great!! We chose to opt for massages offered by Marie Thérèse, the host's wife, just above the accommodation for an extra charge and it really enhanced our stay!! The accommodation is also a 5-minute drive from Blois and a good distance from the Loire castles Definitely recommend!!

A great place to stay with the luxury of private parking. The convenience of the tram is excellent. 5 mins by tram into the city centre. The flat corresponds perfectly to the photos. It's quiet and bright and the lovely big balcony is a great bonus when the weather's nice.

Knowing the area, we chose Combleux for its calm and its proximity to the Loire for soothing walks and a pleasant environment. The accommodation is very clean and fully matches the photos and description. Ngum is very responsive by message. Our stay went well.
