Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

The most important thing: After just under 100 m, you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around, play beach volleyball or rent a kayak or pedal boat on the shallow shore. Rental options for larger boats at campsite Avanches. At the beach there is a snack bar and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the Equinoxe restaurant, and a little further on is the restaurant at the Avenches campsite.

It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. Far away from the stress of everyday life in an idyllic residential area, on the coast of Lake Neuchâtel is our home with very special magic. At the rippling fountain and hidden in the former farmhouse from 1878 is our lovingly furnished apartment with a view directly into the barn, the fountain and the horse stable.
