Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

Vacation right on Lake Murten - in Chalet Salavaux In less than five minutes you are at the cozy sandy beach of Lake Murten. Here there is a beautiful lawn in the sun or in the shade of the trees. The sandy beach is gently sloping and delights young and old. The chalet is a simple summer house. It is not a luxury resort, is without service and not suitable for transit travelers. It might also have some dust in the corners. July - August the chalet can only be rented weekly.

The most important thing: After just under 100 m, you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around, play beach volleyball or rent a kayak or pedal boat on the shallow shore. Rental options for larger boats at campsite Avanches. At the beach there is a snack bar and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the Equinoxe restaurant, and a little further on is the restaurant at the Avenches campsite.

The pavilion is in the heart of the historic part. Built in a tavillon and enjoying exceptional views, it is a magical place. It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. Ingeniously designed ( sofa bed ) , the pavilion offers great comfort in a small space ( 12 square meters). Check out my second listing in Erlach: the daydreams, in the heart of the old town.
