Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

The most important thing: After just under 100 m, you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around, play beach volleyball or rent a kayak or pedal boat on the shallow shore. Rental options for larger boats at campsite Avanches. At the beach there is a snack bar and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the Equinoxe restaurant, and a little further on is the restaurant at the Avenches campsite.

The pavilion is in the heart of the historic part. Built in a tavillon and enjoying exceptional views, it is a magical place. It is reached by a lush garden and stunning views of the lake and the island of Saint-Pierre. Sudio furnished in a family home in a charming Fribourg village overlooking the Riviera and Lake Geneva. Exclusive access to facilities: heated indoor pool with Jacuzzi, movie screen, starry sky, free cocktail bar, giant screen, brazier/grill, and three terraces. This is the only pool in Europe that has a transparent pool lounge!!! The fully renovated studio has a bedroom with a large living room, an open kitchen and a bathroom.
