Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

Οτι και να πούμε είναι λίγο!! Πήγαμε στην Villa Emma,και η Κ.Εμμα μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε τον αρραβώνα μας εκεί καθώς και κάναμε έναν μοντέρνο αρραβώνα /Παρτυ . Ή Κ. εμμα μας υποδέχτηκε μέσα από την καρδιά της,γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας . Για οποιαδήποτε απορία είχαμε ή χρειαζόμασταν κάποια βοήθεια ήταν εκεί .Απλα υπέροχη!! Το σπίτι χάνει πολύ από τις φωτογραφίες με το πως είναι στην πραγματικότητα , είναι απλά ένα ονειρο!! Είναι φανταστικό σε σημείο αρκετά ήσυχο !! Το σπίτι είχε πραγματικά τα πάντα ήταν φουλ εξοπλισμένο τερααστιο & πεντακάθαρο! Όλος ο κόσμος την ημέρα του αρραβώνα εντυπωσιάστηκε από το πόσο όμορφος ήταν ο χώρος , καθώς και οι οικογενειακοί φίλοι που φιλοξενήσαμε . Ψήσαμε στο barbecue που έχει καθώς είχε όλον τον εξοπλισμό δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρουμε τίποτα εμείς από το σπίτι μας και το ευχαριστηθήκαμε.Δεν φτάνουν αυτά που θέλω να πω μα το μόνο σίγουρο πως θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε καθώς μείναμε άναυδοι και υπερευχαριστημενοι

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It is in a good location, very peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. I never managed to use the pool because my stay was during the winter season, however, I would definitely consider renting it during the summer. The host was very friendly and responsive and helped make our stay even more pleasant.

Το κατάλυμα πραγματικά βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με ιδιωτικότητα. Η πισίνα μοιράζεται από 3 μεζονέτες αλλά όταν πήγαμε εμείς ήμασταν μόνοι.Ο κήπος που περιβάλει το οίκημα περιποιημένος, προσφέρει ηρεμία. Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα, το μπαλκόνι είχε υπέροχη θέα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο Άγγελος, μας κατατόπισε πλήρως! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολυ ομορφο σπιτι,προσεγμενο με φουλ εξοπλισμενη κουζινα! Ολα περιποιημενα και πεντακαθαρα! Ο εξωτερικος χωρος διπλα στην πισινα απλα καταπληκτικος, με σαλονακι,τραπεζαρια,μπαρμπεκιου και οτιδηποτε μπορει να ζητησει ο επισκεπτης! Το σπιτι καλυπτει ολες τις αναγκες και τις επιθυμιες! Απλα τελειο!

Kohteessa oli paljon tilaa ja tekemistä sekä upea näkymä! Asunto oli siisti. Kohteen korkea sijainti vaatii reippailua, mutta ei ollut kuitenkaan mahdoton. Suosittelen kohdetta liikunnalliselle seurueelle, jos haluaa lomalla tutkailla ympäristöään ja käydä reissuilla, mutta eritoten seurueelle, joka arvostaa rauhaa ja yksityisyyttä, ja kaipaa lomaltaan rentoa yhdessäoloa. :-)

Fantastisk vistelse i ett superfint hus, trots att det är ett parhus var det väldigt tyst. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och välkomnande oss på bästa sätt. Tydlig beskrivning av huset som överträffade förväntningarna. Extra plus till bekvämligheter som städ varje dag och möjlighet till att få tvättade kläder. Även grannen var supertrevlig som bokad in oss på en riktigt fin restaurang som sedan övergick till att vara club. Rekommenderas starkt.

What a gorgeous house right on the water on the beautiful island of Aegina. The house was immaculate, well stocked with amenities and basics (oil, salt and pepper, etc.) for cooking and morning coffees (espresso and an American coffee maker!). The hot tub worked well and the outdoor space was perfect in every way. The beds were really comfortable, excellent linens, and all in all it was one of the best places we've stayed in.

The Place is very nice, peaceful. All the convenience stores are near. Seaside is great and there are some very good restaurants as well. Tonia is very responsive and helpful as well.. Thank you so much Tonia.... 😊😊

Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en la casa, disponíamos de todo lo necesario. Homer e Isabella contestaron rápidamente todas nuestras dudas tanto sobre la casa como las normas de tráfico o las distancias y todo nos lo pusieron muy fácil. Desde luego que voy a recomendarles cada vez que alguien conocido vaya a Atenas. Y si volvemos, tengo claro que repetiré.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Just a nice and quiet apartment in Peristeri. Clean and tidy.

Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Gegend war ruhig, allerdings etwas abgelegen und teilweise etwas herunter gekommen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und wir konnten den Strand nicht nutzen. Dadurch war der Aufenthalt recht langweilig, da es in der Umgebung nicht viele Aktivitäten gibt. Das Haus selber war sehr gut, einziges Manko waren die lauten Klimaanlagen. Die Außengeräte waren direkt mit der Wand verschraubt, man hat die Vibrationen stark gehört. Ein kleiner Mini-Markt ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit Sicherheit eines der Besten Airbnb in Artemida, auch wenn ich persönlich nicht mehr in diese Gegend reisen würde.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Maria est très accueillante et nous a donné des instructions claires avant notre arrivée pour trouver le logement facilement. Elle a en plus été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est assez grand et très lumineux, nous avons bien profité du balcon. merci Maria !

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Très confortable, bien placé. Excellent en tout point. Anna était un hôte vraiment gentille et à l'écoute. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et on reviendra à coup sûr.

Leuk vrijstaande bungalow in doodlopend straatje met mooie huizen. Rustige omgeving, gezellige horeca aan zee is op ca 1km afstand. Fijne ruime keuken, eetgedeelte en woonkamer. De drie slaapkamers zijn lekker ruim met voldoende kastruimte. De badkamer is groot genoeg, alleen in het bad staan is wat krap. Mooi groot overdekt terras met 2 eettafels en lounge set. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Veel mensen hebben een waakhond, die regelmatig aanslaan. S’nachts was het stil. Handig is de wasmachine. Leuk dat er netflix te kijke is. Voor boodschappen is op 3km een Lidl. Aan de doorgaande weg op ca 1km zijn ook bakkers en andere supermarkten. Verder is er een ruim aanbod van winkels aanwezig. Het strand is dichtbij en er zijn diverse plekken om te zonnen en te zwemmen. Het haventje is erg gezellig. Athene is op 45 autominuten. Parkeren in een van de vele garages/plekken in de buurt van het centrum kost ca €10 per dag. Het vliegveld is op ca 30 auto minuten, erg prettig. Nea Makri is top.

Це був прекрасний спокійний відпочинок, у квартирі є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Нам дуже сподобалось їсти на терасі, з прекрасним видом на цитрусовий сад. Пляж зовсім недалеко від помешкання і нас приємно здивувала смачна кава на пляжі. Дуже вдячні за гостинність господарів, які за декілька хвилин намагались вирішити всі наші проблеми. Окремих обіймів заслуговує Грейс 💓

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

Die Gastgeber Regissa und Theodoris waren sehr freundlich, heben uns alles zum Haus beim Check-in persönlich erklärt. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert, die Zeitabsprachen gut. Das Ferienhaus ist gut und zweckvoll eingerichtet, auch die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind umfangreich (Feuerlöscher etc.). Auch etwas zum Essen und Trinken hatten Regissa und Theodoris für die ersten Tage besorgt. Wir waren dort Ende März und Anfang April, weswegen im großen Garten des Hauses überall alles blühte. Zitronen etc. brauchten wir nicht kaufen, die konnten wir frisch im Garten pflücken :-) Im näheren Umfeld gab es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und auch eine sehr leckere griechische Eisdiele unten im Hafen. Auf der großen Terrassen vom Haus mit Blick in den Garten, konnten wir schön die Ruhe und Sonne genießen. Ich wünsche den beiden netten Vermieter weiterhin liebe Gäste die das Haus zu schätzen wissen, Andreas

This place is a true gem. Check-in was seamless, and the house, complete with all its amenities, matched the description perfectly. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. And the view—simply breathtaking! The location is incredibly peaceful and private, perfect for soaking in the scenery. Artemis and her husband were wonderful hosts — warm and attentive, yet respectful of our privacy in a highly professional way. Their experience shines through, and I would gladly trust them with my vacation again. Our stay couldn’t have been better.
