Amazing - I could not fault this AirBnb listing in any shape or form. Kyriaki was the most accommodating host from the start and assisted with all our queries without hesitation including questions around transfers, facilities and location. Kyriaki greeted us upon arrival and talked us through key aspects of the house - she was so friendly and approachable. The house was beautiful, well located (10 min walk from the beach) and provided all the facilities to make for a more than comfortable stay. She even went above and beyond in helping us with an incident we had during our holiday, if I could give her more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much again x

The place was beautiful. It was so amazing for me and my group of friends. The area it was located was phenomenal and he was really accommodating with us needing to drop our bags off early. Really special place would absolutely visit it again.

Absolutně skvělé ubytování které by stálo i za vyšší cenu, úžasný bazén, nádherné venkovní sezení s grilem a venkovní kuchyní, vše moderní útulné a čisté s dokonalým soukromým. Dostatek restaurací v dochozí vzdálenosti, bez problému možnost nakoupit si vše v blízkých krámech.

Had such a great stay at the villa. It’s 3 apartments in one villa which was perfect for us. Lots of space so noone on top of each other. The main kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us so we didnt use the others. The pool is stunning with beautiful surroundings and both shade and sun areas. There are also outdoor showers. All amenities including washing machine but there is no bbq so do not buy bbq coals on your way here as you won’t be able to use them! The cats were cute and there was also a tortoise around that we made friends with. I would 100% stay here again it was such a good vibe to the place and not cluttered just everything you need but nice and tidy and very clean. The hot water was a bit miss in the main apartment as solar powered so it was hotter in the afternoon than the morning but this was no problem for us. A gorgeous beach is a few mins drive (yes the hill really is too steep to walk) the BEST bakery and there are many good restaurants a short drive away

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

Très bon séjour, la maison est très bien et Lila était très chaleureuse et accueillante. Lila nous a sorti d’une belle ornière en venant nous chercher avec sa voiture après un restaurant, alors que les taxis étaient en grève. Je recommande vivement

It’s rare that you’d find a place as amazing as this. Antonis and his family were great throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, and the yard space is amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend staying here, as I will be back one day to enjoy it again.

We enjoyed our short stay and would book again! The apartment is in a great location for walking to the acropolis, to bakeries, markets and restaurants. It is very clean and functions well as a small apartment. The communication with the host was excellent!

If you wish to be in the heart of Aegina's capital, this is the place to be! This traditional flat from wood and stone is located at the picturesque centre of the city, just a few meters from the seaside promenade and walking distance from all the restaurants, cafés and shops! Although the flat is located in the middle of the old town and all restaurants and places are really next to it, noise is not a problem since the sound insulation windows are really efficient. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 normal bedroom with a bathroom located next to it) and an open space kitchen and sitting room. All the rooms are A/C equipped. The flat is ideal for a group of friends, totalling 3 or 4 people. It goes without saying that one will need to rent a car in order to discover the island's turquoise beaches and to explore Athena's temple. This is a very rare find, indeed!

Gorgeous place— peaceful with stunning views! We were greeted us at the port upon arrival… Greek philoxenia at its best. If you are looking for a peaceful place, just minutes from the beach, I highly recommend Mara’s amazing apartment— you will be in heaven!

Great place to stay out of the busyness of Athen Acropolis but so easy to get there using the metro. Nice to have extra space outside which was helpful to dry washing.

This guest house is quite the hidden jewel. Everything nearby is walkable, accessible by transit, or local taxi is affordable, fast, and honest. The house is extremely well-appointed and packs a lot of value for its size. The kitchen is highly efficient. Trees at the windows naturally cool the air and provide lemons right to hand. Very good washing machine, lots of sleeping space, high ceilings to moderate heat, A/C in each room, tons of seating in the living room, and cool porch with dining. Excellent modern windows and door, with good secure locks. The garden is beautiful and well-tended. Parking was perfect for the rental car. The stairs up to the roof are like a children's tree fort! We watched the town lights come on in the evening. We also appreciate that the house is at the end of a road, adding quiet and lack of traffic. Giorgos and family were extremely conscientious and responsive to a minor repair need that came up. It was a delight to meet them!

Heiko was a welcoming host who answered all our queries rapidly. The home was comfortable and in easy reach of Athens for a long stay.

Beautiful spot in a great little town. We stayed the night after coming back in on the ferry before our flight left the next day. Great beach across the st and a beautiful home with excellent balcony. Also an amazing little town with some very friendly people and excellent food. Highly recommend

James ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er weiß bestens Bescheid über Athen und seine Geschichte. Das Haus ist außen wie innen eine Augenweide und der kleine Garten mit Hinterhof Charakter gestaltet den Aufenthalt dort ausgesprochen angenehm. Von Kifisia gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von Athen. Die Metro erreicht man zu Fuß und die Linie 1 geht direkt ins Zentrum. Wer eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Getümmels sucht liegt hier richtig. Auch Kifisia selbst ist eine lebendige Neighborhood, in der man gut Frühstücken oder auch Essen gehen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

Beautiful views and nice amenities. House was clean & well furnished. Spa was nice and hot. Our contact on the island Demy was GREAT and will help with anything you need. There is a nice market for groceries and several restaurants and beach bars in Marathonas Beach, a 5 minute walk. No sidewalks in the area and not much shoulder on the side of the road so be cautious walking with young ones. The house is on a main road so there is a lot of road noise, but that's the trade off for being on the water. The Air Conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and made it very comfortable. The unit in the Family room was not cooling properly, but the weather was nice enough that it didn't matter with the windows open. I did recommend to them that they have it checked before the hot summer months begin. We didn't want to rent a car so we used a taxi daily to get around. Demy can give you a great contact to text when you need a ride. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Maria is the very definition of the term "super host." In fact, Airbnb should create another category for someone like her who puts in such tremendous amounts of passion, care, and effort into hosting. We've stayed at other "super host" properties, but Maria goes so far above and beyond what others do that she is in a league of her own. She keeps the place spotless and has more than everything you might need, no matter how long your stay. You'll never feel like you have to do without anything or only have the bare minimum because she provides you with all of the touches of home. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Perdika, close enough to Aegina Town if you want to go, but also far removed from the touristy stores and restaurants if you want a relaxing island retreat. Maria herself is so kind and thoughtful and really takes the time to get to know you. She picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, gave us a tour of Perdika, and even hosted us for wine and home cooking.

Our stay was simply excellent. The place was perfect, even better than the photos, and the location near the beach was truly special. Every day we would just walk for a couple of minutes to the beach which was so beautiful and really fun to have nearby. Giannis was a very generous host, super communicative and genuinely very kind and helpful. We would love to come back to this place again and have noted it as one of our favourite places to have a holiday.

We had a great time at Aristo’s. House was lovely and everything was as described. We really enjoyed the fireplace which gave the house such a cozy vibe. Nice and private and peaceful. Host was very responsive and friendly. We only regret not using the hot tub!!

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.
