Everything was really great. We were three families of three, and we had a wonderful time. Ms. Ayla was very kind and hospitable, and she was truly responsive at any time of day or night if any issues arose, which is fantastic. The villa's location was excellent, close to Baghdad Street, which is also great.

A very beautiful house where 3-4 families can stay very comfortably , very close to the lake in terms of location but in a calm area. Also the heating was very good even though we stayed in January. The host, Mr. Kemal, was very helpful both at check-in and checkout. I can recommend to anyone with peace of mind.

Great great! The house was perfect, everything was considered, especially for me, the warmth of the house was very important and we were never cold, it was very warm, we enjoyed it very much:) We reached out to him every time we called, he did as much as he could, he was definitely oriented to please us🙏, and he made us very happy with the gift he left at our door at night. we had a lot of fun in the 5 days we went as a family, the location is right, the house is clean, we had all our needs, quiet, peaceful and beautiful. My autistic brother doesn't adapt to everything, he never got out of the pool here, we had a very nice holiday. We would also like to thank the host, Mr. Mete and his wife, thank you again for your treats ☺️

First of all, thank you Mr. Ünal, we had a very, very, warm and friendly communication, he was very helpful for everything. The house is amazing, when the weather is not extremely cold, the pool temperature is very good and the pool is very pleasant. A wonderfully peaceful environment in nature. The house is spotless and has a very functional structure, we had no problems with the heating. We stayed for 1 day at the first time, but we will come a little longer as soon as possible.

A modern structure is illuminated at night, showcasing a small heated pool surrounded by greenery. A red carpet leads to an outdoor seating area with a glass roof, where two individuals are seated at a dining table. Soft lighting enhances the relaxing ambiance.

Host was very hospitable. We didn't need anything at home, it was fully equipped. It was clean and convenient. More ideal for crowded families, of course: there were mosquito nets in the rooms upstairs but not on the lower floors. The only issue was the flies, but that wasn't an obstacle either. We loved it and saved it to go back as a family. Thank you Mr. Murat and his family, for everything 🙏

We had a great stay experience! The house was very clean, tidy and beautiful as in the photos. The location was very good, we were comfortable in terms of transportation. We stayed as a group of 6. The rooms were quite sufficient, everyone stayed comfortably. Especially the fact that the pool is heated provided great comfort in this season, we enjoyed it a lot. Highly recommend for a peaceful vacation in Sapanca!
