We had a short but extremely relaxing holiday that we couldn't have said would have been nice. The cleanliness, views, and amenities of the house are tremendous. It's great to wake up to the sounds of birds. We would like to thank the host who even thought of the fireplace wood you will use during the stay and have thought about all the house needs. It is a resort that we intend to repeat at the first opportunity.

We had a very enjoyable weekend. There is no other property around it. We were very isolated. The pool and the interior temperature of the house was good. It was also quite clean.

Ms. Sina has been very sweet to us from the first moment, providing flexibility in check-in and check-out times. The house was just what we wanted, just like in the photos. There was no problem with cleanliness, etc. The width and temperature of the pool were very good. We were able to get in without getting cold even at night. We plan to come back.

Our family (two adults and two children under 8) stayed in the cabin and we highly recommend it. We stayed in February and it was snowing and everything looked so beautiful. The cabin is very well located in a quiet valley, especially if you don't want be in the busy tourist area. It is next to a quiet main road, just five minutes from a small town, so it's easy to access but very private as the cabin is much higher than above the road. The facilities are great, we loved the hot tub (set at 38.5 degrees), the fireplace (with lots of wood available), kitchen (all the basics are there for cooking your own meals) and there's lots of spare blankets. We took our own food and cooked but restaurants are also close by. As there was snow we drove up to Kartepe mountain and hired tubes, very fun. You can also get the council's teleferik (cable car) to Kartepe and visit the mountain in any season if you don't want to take your car, it's very affordable. Osman was very helpful, thank you Osman.

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was perfect for cleanliness and hygiene. Everything was perfect, whether it was the pool temperature, the amenities of the house. Mr. Barış responded to all questions instantly and provided us with the opportunity to have a smooth holiday. I would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about staying:)

It was a great experience for us. I say this as someone who has stayed in different places in Sapanca before, an environment has been offered as if they would live on their own, not for the guest. The house was spotless, the amenities were quite enough, we didn't even need to ask for anything. The pool was hot 24/7 and my 2.5-year-old daughter entered easily. The house floor heating was quite hot, there was no need for air conditioners. Having a dishwasher did not waste time on our vacation and was the best in terms of hygiene. In some comments, when we woke up in the pool in the morning, we saw bugs, which is a very normal situation, the outdoor area may be insect, the tree flowers can fall, but there is also a net to clean it. The only thing I can say is missing for the guests coming, towels and slippers. There were no towels for the pool, there was a shower, but since we used our personal towels, there was no problem. It was really a place that deserved the full amount of money. Thank you Ms. Elif and her husband for everything. We have a☺️ mind, we will want to go again:)

We were very happy with our stay. It provided good amenities in terms of design and usefulness. The garden and pool were very nice, the temperature of the pool was very good and it was not cold. It was also highly protected in terms of privacy. Our host was a positive person and had a structure that was trying to help. It was a nice experience, we didn't regret it.

We stayed in the villa for 5 days was very fun, entertaining and very suitable for children. The farm is full of fruit trees. We were very impressed with the kitchen, it is complete and stylish utensils. The only negative is that electricity has been cut off twice and every time we have to communicate with the host and give us instructions in order to maintain air conditioners . Mosquitoes are very annoying in the area even with the use of protection creams and sprays who want to live here should expect it

Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning is a great feeling, it felt very good for us. It was a place that added value to its short vacation with a lot of relaxing activities, whether it was the weather, relaxing with the jacuzzi, making a campfire. It was an incredibly nice experience, Mr. Muhhammet was very warm and helpful, we tried all the facilities in the house (pool, jacuzzi), it was quite warm and clean. First of all, the house was spotless and the garden was quite spacious. The pool and rooms were as shown in the photo. We were very warmly welcomed at the entrance by our hosts and sent off the same way when we left. It was definitely an experience that could be taken care of.
