During the day, head to the mountains and plateaus to see the autumn foliage. When you come back, relax in the sauna and water bath. In the evening, enjoy a BBQ and the starry sky while spending a peaceful time in the countryside. This is a private rental that can accommodate up to 12 people, so it is recommended not only for family and group trips, but also for couples and small groups staying for multiple nights. Convenient location as a base for sightseeing in Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe. There is also a washing machine and a bathroom dryer for a comfortable extended stay. You can come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station. Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000-8,000 yen (round trip) depending on the distance, within 2 hours one way. For groups of 5 or more, we can arrange a rental car, so please consult in advance. October and November are the seasons when you can enjoy the autumn leaves and the quiet of Shinshu. In the living room with a wood-burning stove, you can read or have tea while surrounded by the warmth of the fire. There is a fire pit and pizza oven in the garden, where you can enjoy a campfire and homemade pizza. Outside the window is "Bingshi no Sato Park" with seasonal views. Enjoy picnics, morning walks, cherry blossoms and autumn leaves in the lawn plaza. You can bring your pets and stroll through nature together. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
