From the second half of August to September, the summer bustle calms down, and it is a season when you can enjoy the quiet of Shinshu. During the day, go to the mountains and highlands, and at night, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and the starry sky. As a base for sightseeing in Azumino, Hakuba, and Kamikochi, you can enjoy a comfortable stay for one night or for extended periods. Access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama-Kurobe is also good, and it can accommodate group trips, family trips, and long-term stays. With a washing machine and a bathroom dryer, it's also comfortable for extended stays. You can come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off are available from Shinano-Matsukawa Station and Akashina Station. Other pick-up and drop-off services and sightseeing pick-up and drop-off services are available for 2,000-8,000 yen (round trip) depending on the distance, within 2 hours one way. A tiny house and herbal retreat surrounded by the rich nature of Shinshu. You can freely use more than 80 kinds of medicinal herbs to heal your mind and body with herbal tea and herbal baths. In the living room with a wood-burning stove, you can read or have tea while surrounded by the warmth of the fire. There is a fire pit and pizza oven in the garden, where you can enjoy a campfire and homemade pizza. Outside the window is "Bingshi no Sato Park" with seasonal views. Enjoy picnics, morning walks, cherry blossoms and autumn leaves in the lawn plaza. You can bring your pets and stroll through nature together. A hot spring with a view is a 1-minute drive away, and there are many local hot springs within a 10-minute drive. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
