It was my second stay in this property. I liked location, view and value for money. It's more or less in the middle of the island, stone throw from Garapan and you can even walk there, if you want. Access road is rough, but it's nothing that host can do about it.

The room features a spacious bed with neutral linens complemented by decorative pillows. A bedside table and a wooden dresser provide storage. A television is mounted on the wall opposite the bed, while floor tiles and a window with dark curtains add to the overall simplicity.

It was great meeting Samson in Saipan. I feel very welcoming by Samson and his family and their very friendly Taiwanese friends. I didn't get to stay at their house due to some arrangements change, but I am looking forward to seeing him, his parents and friends, and hopefully, I will be able to stay at their house next time I visit Saipan again.

The view is very nice! Christian kindly recommends landmarks and lends you snorkeling tools! There were a lot of Chinese people because of the host's characteristics, but they shared the cooking ingredients and it was so nice:) It's a great place to rent the best👍 of Pau Pau Beach in front of you. Thank you Christian, I had a lot of fun in Saipan. Hope to see you again someday!

Arriving at the airport in the early morning, there was a problem, so I arrived at the accommodation very late. The host still waited until we arrived. The room is clean and tidy. It is very close to the city center. You can walk to the restaurant supermarket duty-free shop, etc., which is very suitable for friends who don't have a car. The host will reply as soon as possible. If you have any questions, the host will reply as soon as possible.

Near airport, Host was waiting for us even though we arrived at 2 a.m. Very clean house, even better than the pictures. San Antonio market is 5minute walk so it was easy to buy some groceries for breakfast. Host showed us hospitality to drop our family off at Garapan. It was a great start of my Saipan trip! Thank you❤️

Nice room, good for one person, okay for two people.The private balcony is spacious, the scenery is good, the ecology is good, there are cats, dogs, and frogs.Although the house is a short distance from the city, it is very convenient to have a pick-up and drop-off, and it is also the only B&B I saw with a pick-up and drop-off.Most importantly, the landlord himself was very, very, very patient in answering all of the questions, helped me buy a cheap phone card, I had a cold and helped me find medicine several times, even after checking out, I asked someone to teach me how to use the phone card.Super thank you, I recommend everyone to stay.

my family stayed a whole week at the Lily's villa, particularly satisfied with the private pool, which works for both kids and adults. the pool has a deepest spot way deeper than the usual adults height. air conditioning works well, as well as every other facilities, but washing machine needs a bit of a care though. great day view and greater sunset view, no need to go out for that. plenty of chairs and tables and beach beds. bbq was provided and it was awesome, but you might need a gas torch instead of lighter fluids, to make the fire faster.

The view is really good because the accommodation is high. We sat on the balcony every day watching the view. He checked me in earlier, and he was very responsive to any inconvenience. The accommodation is tidy and it's like a hotel. They also clean very well. Most importantly, the cat in the lobby is so cute. I went every day and played with the cat, and I was really happy that I like cats because I'm a dog. It's a good accommodation if you have a cat. Next time I come to Saipan, I'll come here again. However, the water quality is very bad and the water is a bit salty. I took a travel shower filter, so I couldn't have any problems. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a car ride to Garapan. It was such a quiet and peaceful accommodation. Oh, and the wild chicken crying experience is the best!

Amazing stay at Skyline hotel. Upon booking, we had contacted the host regarding our early flight arrival at 2am. Our host, Chris, responded right away and during check in, he met us by the entrance with his car to ensure that we got to the hotel safely. This truly made us feel like valued customers. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff cleaned our room daily and we were provided with fresh towels. Bottled water were provided in our rooms and they had a water dispenser in the lobby to ensure we stayed hydrated. The location of the hotel was high up in a hill behind lush greenery with the best views of the ocean. We found ourselves conveniently close to Marpi where we got to explore all the historical sights from WWII. PauPau beach was just down the street which had the clearest blue water and we felt like we had a whole private beach to ourselves. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it!

Love the Skyline, the locals call it "Tianyi", on the hill opposite the Kensington Hotel, overlooking the ocean and going down the hill to Baby Bay for a swim.The boss was great. He added WeChat to communicate with the airport in advance. Sister May waited for us at the airport for more than 1 hour. After that, she would have a car to take us out at 12:30 every day and 6:30 in the evening. When she came back, she would definitely go to Kensington to pick us up to the hotel.There is a meerkat in the hotel, you shout “meow” at it, it will definitely respond to you, “meow,” and grab a mouse, but it's not immediately eaten when you catch it, and we've been playing for a while, we all say that it might be too lonely on the island.
