Our first time on Airbnb, we are not disappointed but on the contrary, the villa is functional and well-equipped, a real pleasure to stay there, very relaxing villa. Olivier listens to these guests, is good advice and the little extra is the meal on arrival after a long trip, very pleasant and very good. What a remarkable place! Marilyse and Marc were excellent hosts. Very responsive to may questions and so welcoming. There was so much thought put into our needs from welcome drinks to breakfast items. The Banana Marmalade was delicious 😋. Truly a great place. We would definitely stay here again. Marvellous.

Beautiful house, recent construction, very nice sea view location with sunset every night and stunning views of the Soufriere, clean decor of very good taste. Very complete equipment except oven and BBQ. But very early morning roosters (no need to wake up) and close to the N1 with car and motorbike night runs with out-of-conditioned escapes. But we get used to it.

The hosts were super nice, they welcomed us warmly , the place is impeccable and in a very quiet area but close to everything. We loved our stay thanks to our hosts. We would highly recommend 🥳

M. Printemps is a very attentive and responsive host, the house is very beautiful, well maintained, very clean. The grocery store is not far away, some restaurants too close, it took us a moment of adaptation before getting used to that the restaurants are not open in the afternoon in gouadeloupe. The beaches nearby; we have to go there, preferably by car are great, the temperature perfect; I would go back there without hesitation

Beautiful stay, the location is super well located, the accommodation is great, we had a dream vacation!!! Charline and Mathieu are great hosts, they do everything to meet the needs, questions... The car is a must in Guadeloupe. Can't wait to come back as soon as possible.

Had a lovely stay. The accommodation matches the photos: very spacious, carefully decorated, impeccable and above all extremely well equipped: both for cooking (utensils, appliances, etc.) and for relaxing, with an excellent internet connection and a huge TV. The accommodation is ideally located in a secure complex, close to the hotels of Gosier. Beaches are within 5 minutes, shops nearby, as well as a bakery and several fast food restaurants. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The host and their team were super responsive and friendly (late arrival and early departure). Small downside: the complex pool is reserved for hotel guests. That said, it's a small detail compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. My favorite moment? Wake up with a sea view, without leaving the bed, simply by raising the blinds with the remote control. A real break of happiness. Recommended!

A home full of charm and a warm welcome. It was a pleasure to spend our nights at Jeannick and Roland's. The accommodation has everything you need for a pleasant stay. You will feel welcome and can enjoy being in an active city with the beach a few minutes away while enjoying a quiet and natural setting. The perfect combo!

Very spacious flat, close to bus stop and city. Good outside area. Flat also is bigger than it seems on the pictures. Caution for the people allergic to the mold (the scent is present in the cupboards).

this place was great totally in line with the photos . Not to mention this pool with beautiful sunsets in the evening. 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 4 years old) , we were looking for a peaceful place and at the same time well located for moping: 100% validated. very well equipped accommodation, everything is designed for the stay to go smoothly and so much attention for our taste buds ... up to the screens installed expressly for us. we can't say everything so as not to spoil the magic ... our stay would not have been as successful without Marie-France and José who had their hearts on hand and who touched us extremely. My stay at at Habitation L’Oiseau was magical. The location was so peaceful and scenic. The house had so much character and the host, Maryse, was so kind and welcoming. She showed me around and made wonderful meals. I am forever grateful for her hospitality and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Basse-Terre.

We had an amazing stay at Arnaud and Ming's. We felt right at home at home. Breakfast, little touches, kindness, hospitality, it was difficult to leave our home after a memorable week. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and if one day our way back to Guadeloupe it will definitely be at Arnaud and Ming's! Maybe who knows to celebrate another Chinese New Year… Thank you so much again 

What a beautiful place. The buildings and landscaping were designed with care, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, and the home-cooked, evening meal we shared with the hosts & other guests was also delicious and enjoyable. A great memory of Guadeloupe.

Best accommodation to be at the beach quickly. So to speak, first row. Also the breakfast was great. There are no restaurants in the evening. However, a small supermarket is only 3 minutes away and Britt helped us with a microwave. Very nice. Parking right behind the property through the garage with the refrigerator. Beach and bar can be reached in 1 minute.
