Our accommodation located in Morne-Rouge in the beautiful rural town of Sainte-Rose is close to the small shopping area of Nolivier as well as the countryside and the sea (small fishing port of Welch overlooking the Grand Cul-de-Sac marina). You will appreciate its excellent value for money and its good location to be able to travel all over Guadeloupe and for... our hospitality! It is well suited for couples and solo travelers looking for a clean and functional vacation rental!

Our house includes 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6( parents and their 3 children (minor), 1 fourth if it is 1 infant or 3 adults maximum) A large dining room and mezzanine that includes 1 living room and two bedrooms Although located in the countryside it allows to reach the shopping center in or the commercial and industrial area of Jarry in 10 minutes the airport in 15 minutes, the main beaches between 15 and 45 minutes and the ends of the island in less than an hour.

My home is near the Park national, view sea and mountain, restaurants, beaches, activities (water sports, boat trip in the big ass of duffel bag, track for hiking). The rum museum, creole Ecomuseum, distillery field of Severin and forgotten sources of sofaïa. You will enjoy my accommodation to the height of the ceilings, the location, the garden is fenced with parking. My accommodation is perfect for couples and families (with children). We had the most amazing time with Lionel and Annick! First of all, they kindly came to pick us up from the airport, to make sure we could find the house ok, which was very helpful, since we arrived at night and our internet was spotty! Their house is located on a lovely property and is spacious, clean and perfect for our needs. They'd bought us some welcome goodies, since the stores were closed, including eggs, wine, coffee, cookies, and so much more! The house is a quick drive to the Sainte Rose city center and a great hop off point to all the beautiful places that Basse Terre has to offer. If you like to hike, there's a great lookout and hiking spot just up the road from the house (Lionel can direct you), complete with thermal showers! Seriously cool place. Best of all, however, were our new friends. We are so happy we met them! Between English, Spanish and French, our conversations and dinners were full of laughter, good wine, and good times. Annick is an amazing cook and Lionel caught some delicious mahi mahi for dinner one night. We will DEFINITELY be coming back. I could not more highly recommend this place or these awesome people! :)

Very nice welcome from Alain and his wife. I was also able to meet his family who were very warm. Very functional apartment! Clean! Well located for a visit to the mainland, and making it to the lowland remains possible ( we did ) The nearby port beach is one/the most beautiful beach for swimming in the mainland. Being sensitive to noise, Small downside for the air conditioning above the bed that makes a little noise ( as an air conditioning ): an addition of a standing fan could work the problem for those who do not want to use the air conditioning Alain;) Alain's whole family is available for a great stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in the North of Great Land, this is the place to book.

The location of the house allows you to enjoy the beaches, the rivers and radiate all over Guadeloupe. It offers all the modern comforts and fits perfectly in a green setting. Taking our breakfasts on the terrace watching the birds was very nice. Thanks to Jocelyne for her warm welcome and availability.
