Very well located accommodation close to all amenities and the beach (walking distance). Beautiful unobstructed view from the large balcony not overlooked. The living space is spacious, very well arranged, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Very well hosted by the hosts and I I can't wait to come back.

It was great stay in beautiful apartment with the spectacular view! Well equipped, new and well maintained place with everything you need during your stay. Very comfortable and spacious balcony. Parking space in the garage and shops just on the opposite site. On top great contact with Alexandre. He was very helpful and answering very quick. For sure we will be back!:)

Evelyne's place is very spacious and bright, very nice for our group of 5 adults, 3 children and a baby. It is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. The location is perfect, not even 5 minutes from the beach, ideal for going along the seaside and walking with the family. The apartment is secured thanks to a large electric gate and has two secure parking spaces inside the courtyard which is very nice. Evelyne is a great host who is very responsive, accommodating and attentive! Thank you again for your availability and see you soon!

I had a wonderful three days in this seaside apartment. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host is very responsive and thoughtful. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again again!

We (a family of three) really enjoyed staying at Olivier's place. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sun loungers, parasols, ...). The house is beautifully decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. If we had any questions, Olivier responded to messages very quickly. Overall, we liked it very much and if we come back to Marseillan Plage, we would like to take this house again.

Lovely time in this simple apartment a few steps from an amazing beach. It's not fancy but has everything you need for a beach stay and the shutters and Aircon are a nice touch.

our stay with three children at Murielle's went super well. the accommodation is really well located, close to the sea it's just perfect. the residence's swimming pool is a real plus . lots of nice activities nearby as well as restaurants. we'll be back 😉

We had a lovely stay on our return to Port Leucate. We enjoyed the sea view from the living room. This spring, the slightly cool north wind deprived us of meals on the terrace with magnificent views of the sea or the mountains. Waking up in the morning with a view of snow-capped Mount Canigou was a real treat. Listing is as described. Communication with our host is perfect. As we chose the plane as our means of transport, we appreciated the linen provided and the beds made on arrival. Thank you for the home that allowed us to have a great stay.

Impeccable and very pretty house, everything worked. We were missing the name of the residence /street number to easily find otherwise everything was perfect. Nearly direct access to the beach and restaurant right next door. We highly recommend this listing.

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Stayed very well, the accommodation is located right next to the beach, ideal also for long walks all along. There is a lift which is appreciated when you are charged and the air conditioning is also too hot if it is too hot. Balcony well located in relation to the sun with sea view. As for the port and restaurants/shops, they are easily accessible by foot in a little 15 minutes if not parking just next door. Gérard was very welcoming, responsive and flexible on schedules, thank you very much.

A pleasant, thoughtfully decorated flat, which immediately gave me a feeling of "coming home". Sweet little balcony from where you can enjoy the setting sun. A direct exit to the beach, where you can enjoy hiking or sunbathing. The harbor with its cozy restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away. Both at the entrance of the building and inside the building is good lighting, allowing you to enter quickly and with a safe feeling with the automatic key. I experienced the lovely sturdy mattress as very pleasant and had a great night's sleep. If it's not too busy, you can park for free at the "notary" a little further up the road. In short, it is recommended...

Lovely apartment, fab location, so close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Loved the local wildlife. A beautiful sunrise every morning. Rene was responsive to all correspondence and Henri who welcomed us, was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Even with the language barrier, we had no problems at all. Would recommend this top floor apartment to everyone!!

We had a pleasant stay in Lionel and Séverine's rental. The apartment is well arranged , modern decor, beautiful harbor view and very quiet residence! We had no worries during our stay . We recommend this listing and Séverine was very responsive to our SMS requests on the Airbnb site. Booked without any hassle!
