You will find authentic materials, vintage tools and some surprises integrated into a comfortable and spacious home. This cottage is part of the history of our family of carpenters and thus gives life to a building doomed to demolition.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon.
