In the north of Essonne, in a 500 m2 wooded garden and without overlooking neighbors, we offer a 4-room apartment, plus kitchen, plus bathroom, arranged on the 70 m2 ground floor of our house. The house is well located, with shops nearby, 30 minutes by RER from Paris, Parc de l'Orge less than 10 minutes away, Forêt de Saint Eutrope 10 minutes away, etc. Bedrooms 1 and 3 are upstairs and bedroom 2 is on the ground floor (see photos). The house has a large fenced garden allowing you to enjoy a jaccuzi (optional) and a tubular pool in summer. This place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends

To get around, Bouray or La Ferté-Alais train stations allow you to access the capital in less than 1 hour. Many tours and walks possible around the house: Gatinais Park, Château de Chamarande, Milly-la-Forêt, Cerny Airfield.

House independent of ours, with heated pool from May 16 to September 30, private sheltered jacuzzi and terrace, all equipped with smoking shelters and barbecue (charcoal not included). 2 people maximum, not possible to invite additional people, NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PARTIES ETC... The entrance is under video surveillance and secure, it is a quiet place to relax. The house is on our property and independent of ours (opposite).
