Our cottage Le p'tit perreux (apartment F1) is located at the top of Lake Saint-Point (1000 m above sea level) in a quiet and soothing village with exceptional views. In summer, many water activities: hiking, mountain biking, tours (Château de Joux, Fort de Saint-Antoine, Hérisson waterfalls, belvederes, springs...) In winter, close to the Jura mountains and Switzerland, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing... Our region is rich in gastronomy (cheeses, cured meats, local appetizers...).

The large living space consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, TV area and sitting area. It is located 5 km from Malbuisson, 15 minutes from Métabief ski resort and 15 minutes from Pontarlier and Switzerland.

We welcome you to the charming studio with a zen and cozy atmosphere, furnished in the attic of our pretty house. You will enjoy a magnificent view of the old wine village of Auvernier, the lake and the Alps. On foot along the vineyard paths, you will be at the lake in 10 minutes, by train to Neuchâtel in 6 minutes. Picturesque walks, hikes, museums and restaurants await you. Train, bus and tram are in the immediate vicinity. Opportunity to laze around in the garden!

Eco-friendly cottage with panoramic views

Superb chalet of approximately 100 m2 on two levels. Magnificent view of the plain and the Alps, three terraces, large plot with ornamental trees. Parking for 3 cars in front of the door. About ten minutes walk from the alpine and cross-country ski slopes. Stay ecologically neutral since with its 42 m2 of photovoltaic panels, the chalet produces more energy than it consumes in one year. Cleaning costs reduced to CHF 120.- for two people using only the ground floor.

On 3 levels, it will offer you on the first level a bunk bed, a small desk and by climbing the stairs, you will pass in front of a library with books and various games. Then you will arrive on a dining room/kitchen as well as a bathroom. On the last level, a bedroom/attic lounge overlooking a balcony!
