The apartment has 4 1/2 rooms including 2 bedrooms : 1 king size bed + 2 single beds (trundle), a large dining room, a living room with fireplace, a veranda with as small office, an original kitchen and a shower room/WC. All comforts: modern bedding and equipment, Wifi/TV/cable, equipped kitchen, terrace with grill in summer and outdoor parking.

The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Venez vous détendre et profiter de la vallée de la Loue et du Haut-Doubs dans notre gite de charme et sa cour intérieure ombragée (le Charri) du XVIIIème siècle. En bord de rivière et au cœur du village, vous serez au point de départ de nombreuses randonnées, de circuits VTT et du point d' embarquement de canoës. De nombreux services se trouvent dans le village (supérette, cafés restaurants, pharmacie, boulangerie, marché) ou à proximité (Ornans à 8km).

L'appartement est situé au rez de notre maison familiale dans le joli village de Baulmes. Entrée indépendante, cuisine équipée simplement, salle de bains adjacente avec baignoire, chambre à coucher double/twin et petit salon pouvant héberger une personne supplémentaire ou servir d'espace de travail. Il convient bien pour passer la nuit lors d'un tour en vélo, comme pied-à-terre pour visiter la région pied du Jura ou lors d'un voyage d'affaires.
