Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area

Charming townhouse

Hello everyone and welcome to this charming, fully renovated townhouse. On the ground floor you will find the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the living room as well as a toilet. You will also find a small outdoor courtyard where you can have your meals. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with two double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, you will also have upstairs a bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet.

In the heart of the city of the Dukes of Burgundy, we invite you to discover the Bacchus suite. This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

Located in the Châtillonnais region in the National Forest Park, in a peaceful hamlet on the edge of the woods, this place offers a relaxing stay with family or friends. Forest walks are accessible from the house. The country stone house sleeps up to 6 people very comfortably. Completely renovated, you will find mainly Burgundy stone and local oak as materials, with refined furniture and personalized decoration.

Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our gîte can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our gîte will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.

Located on the second floor, this perfectly located home base offers easy access to everything. Close to the city center, cinema, swimming pool and restaurants, this accommodation will allow you to discover the city thanks to the tourist office which is a stone's throw from the apartment.

Cottage in the heart of nature

Take a break and relax in an exceptional setting: a true paradise for nature lovers. You can reach beautiful forests by mountain bike. Fishing lovers will not be left out, the property bordering a fishing course. As the Seine passes through the property, you can swim there or just relax.

The Tour

It all starts with an old isolated tower at the bottom of the grounds. The idea was to create a small cocoon while maintaining its authenticity. Great for couples looking for a quiet night or wanting to spend a few days in the Châtillonnais while being independent.
