Welcome to Villa Germaine, house with direct views of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I renovated with the aim of welcoming you for a Burgundian getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be happy to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

This 43 m2 studio apartment, classified as furnished tourist accommodation***, is located in the Champagne Bourgogne National Park. It is spacious and bright, and is located on the 1st floor with elevator of a quiet and secure residence in the center of Chatillon-sur-Seine, close to many sites to discover. It is composed of a 23 m2 living room, a 12 m2 equipped kitchen and a bathroom/toilet. Free and shaded parking in front of the residence.

This place of 147m², quiet, step-free, spacious, located in the city center offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or when traveling for work. Its location allows access to all amenities on foot (bakeries, bars, restaurants, supermarkets...) The house is completely renovated and functional. A wooded, flowered, fully enclosed garden will allow you to relax and enjoy the calm of the countryside in the heart of the Forest National Park!

Welcome to our little house, renovated from head to foot! It is ideal for up to 4 adults or a couple with 2 children. This cozy residence offers you all the comforts you need while you travel. Located in a quiet and serene neighborhood, our house is a 5-minute walk to local activities, shops and restaurants, offering you the convenience and opportunity to explore the area and this beautiful city with many treasures.

Your little home

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been completely renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The garden allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will give you a change of scenery and offer you moments of peace and rest.

La cuisine est équipée d'une magnifique cuisinière de "chef". II y a plein de sites exceptionnels à proximité comme Vézelay, Chablis ou Noyers. Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Located on the second floor, this perfectly located home base offers easy access to everything. Close to the city center, cinema, swimming pool and restaurants, this accommodation will allow you to discover the city thanks to the tourist office which is a stone's throw from the apartment.

Cottage in the heart of nature

Take a break and relax in an exceptional setting: a true paradise for nature lovers. You can reach beautiful forests by mountain bike. Fishing lovers will not be left out, the property bordering a fishing course. As the Seine passes through the property, you can swim there or just relax.
