Beautiful place, very responsive host. Unfortunately, my car was stolen from the reserved parking space behind the building. The instructions mentioned putting a club on the steering wheel, however my car does not fit one. Additionally, my car has an anti theft system, as well as Lexus tracking, so I thought my car was safe. It was not. While the location is convenient and very central, it does have a bit of a sketchy vibe after dark. But during the day, there are plenty of students walking around as it is near Concordia University and is a block from the metro station

We will definitely be returning to this listing if we find ourselves back in Montreal. Could not have been any better.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance. Toujours disponibles et à l’écoute, ils n’ont pas hésité à nous prêter des effets personnels, à nous aider dans différentes situations et à faire en sorte que notre séjour soit aussi confortable et agréable que possible. Leur générosité et leur sens de l’hospitalité ont vraiment marqué notre passage ici. Au-delà de leur incroyable serviabilité, ce sont des personnes d’une grande sympathie, avec qui il est tout simplement agréable d’échanger et de partager des moments. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été encore plus mémorable. Nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation et recommandons ce chalet à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit magnifique avec des hôtes exceptionnels. Encore un immense merci à vous, Nancy

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

Our group enjoyed the stay very much. The pictures accurately reflect the house and amenities. Very cool to have an indoor pool with nice warm water!

I booked this for a late birthday celebration of a loved one. We were in awe of how beautiful it was! The view when you sit down at the dining counter in the morning is breathtaking. I was thinking of ways to actually buy the place lol! There was definitely a feminine touch that i noticed right away: Q-tips, round cotton pads, tampons. It was so thoughtful and refreshing to see something different, i love having q-tips wherever i go. Another thing, i was not prepared to how much kitchen ustensiles, seasonings there were. They really thought about EVERYTHING! flour, sugar, different sizes of skillets, etc… i plan to rebook again and again! It was worth every penny. I honestly wish more airbnb owners were this considerate in their planning. From the multiple games in the living room to the extra blankets in case it gets cold, there was a genuine thought behind it. The place is decorated so beautifully and cozy, got me thinking of moving in the mountains. Thank you so much Alex & Sarah!

I really enjoyed my 2 day stay at Vermeer House! It was very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed all the breakfast items, including fresh milk and bread that was provided. I would return here.

belle petite maison bien confortable

Parfait pour quelques jours au vert. Le quartier est très calme (en tout cas au printemps). Amenez tout ce dont vous avez besoin (café, bois etc). Dépanneur à 15mn sinon. Jolie vue sur le lac en contre bas accessible via des escaliers en bois. Pas mal de chalets autour mais on se sent en toute intimité grâce aux arbres et le terrain est grand. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour!

The apartment was very clean and very well located as it was close to the many amenities of the Plateau area. Chris was very responsive and always ready to help out with advice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our family of six stayed in Jason and Eric's place for five nights. From the first question I had before even booking till the day we left they were very quick to respond to any and all questions we had. So communication was really great. The house was very spacious for the six of us. The younger kids loved having three floors to explore, we all had our space and three and a half bathrooms was great. The house was very clean and bright!! Lots of huge windows but also the recessed lighting was amazing on the first floor. We used the dart board and had a lot of fun with that. The location was great, we crossed the street to the park daily. It was a short walk to Mont Royal and we did it every day for some groceries, bagels or shopping. it was a 50 min walk to old town which we did twice. We did a ton of walking around Montreal and the house was always a great place to come home to. Comfy beds were appreciated too!! If in Montreal again we would stay here again!

This airbnb deserves more than 5 stars. There isn't anything in the airbnb that feels cheap. The standard set of airbnb-specific qualities of a place -- too few plates, cheap knifes, cheap furniture, cheap bedsheats... this place has none of that. Everything was super comfortable and felt like an item that a reasonable person might make as a forever-purchase in their own home. I booked this place primarily for the sauna/gym access (gym is great, sauna was standard, didn't get quite hot enough for my liking but honestly to be expected in a giant shared condo sauna). But I was pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable the apartment itself was.

Vraiment un super séjour, tout était parfait! Le logement est neuf, propre avec toutes les commodités. Près des restaus avec un bon café matinal. Avoir mon petit chien avec moi c’était clairement un plus! Je le recommande assurément 😊
