The house is spacious, bright and warm. It feels good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of which is separate. This is a great place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!
