Excellent value with amazing views. Hotel was just the right size and peaceful. Bed was super comfy and I had a great sleep. Dinner and breakfast were both really good. The self service bar concept was handy. Be mindful with parking if you have own car, the parking space is very limited. If necessary, the hotel staff will kindly take you where you want.

Beautiful place in the mountains. The room is gorgeous with an amazing shower, breakfast is delicious. We will definitely be returning and Philippe is an excellent host and we were very happy to meet him.

We would like to extend a heartful appreciation to Stephan and his family. The chalet provided for an amazing vacation and allowed for long lasting experiences and memories. The views of the Matterhorn and the town were spectacular. Zermatt is truly a magical place with warm and kind people, and we would highly recommend this property. Excellent hospitality in a small oasis of peace, surrounded by mountains and meadows. Monica was very kind and welcomed us into a large, well-kept and clean room. The hot croissants in the morning were a super welcome little treat! Thanks!!

Very nice hotel. Cute and somehow trendy. The spa is really cool but we were a bit disappointed that we have to pay extra for it. It is not super clear on the description and we chose this hotel because it was slightly higher price than the rest of the hotel in town because we thought it was included
