A well-located place if you are on foot, very comfortable, with a nice little garden and a pleasant neighbor. Large well-equipped bathroom, as well as the kitchen well suited for cooking. Very nice stay in this cozy, warm and quiet apartment, while being close to the city's attractions. The description and amenities listed in the listing correspond in every respect to reality, the bedding is comfortable. We particularly appreciated Isabelle's cordial contact and availability, before and during the stay. We'll be happy to come back, if the occasion arises.

We came with our two children, 6 years old and a year and a half, comfortable stay, everyone slept well. The apartment is nice and comfortable, the underground parking space is really a plus in Bordeaux! We recommend it!!

We had a lovely stay at Zaid's place, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable and we had everything we needed to arrive peacefully. The nearby tram is a real asset! We had the opportunity to use it to get to the center of Bordeaux quickly. Restaurant and food shops are also within walking distance. In terms of improvement for future guests traveling with people with reduced mobility: It should be mentioned in the listing the height of the steps at the entrance of the accommodation and that of the bathroom, we traveled with our 91-year-old grandma, which complicated the arrival, but which got her back in shape during the stay. Sliding door to the bathroom that is difficult to close for older people. Guests with a low car beware, we got stuck on the bottom of the car (octavia break) and had to park elsewhere (responsive host).

Fabulous place to stay to explore the city as well as hang out and chill in the country. Dog friendly as well as dog safe, comfortable beds and all the extras you need to feel at home. Jon and Susie are very attentive hosts, very clear with their information and instructions and full of local tips. I hope that we will get to come back again!

Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable. I am very satisfied with this small apartment. It is close to the city center and the Bordeaux park. There is a bus that takes you directly to the train station and the city center. A small supermarket two minutes away. I would highly recommend it. There were no communication problems with Emilie. On the contrary, everything worked very well.

We had a great time, the view of the pool and the lake is really nice. The accommodation itself is very good, the beds are very comfortable.

Our stay at Nacera's went very well, we already knew this area having lived there for 3 years and that's why we came here. It is very convenient, close to shops, bus and tram and Bordeaux to get there by car. The apartment is very nice, quiet and pleasant. Checkout time is 12pm, which is great! Nacera is very nice and responsive. I recommend the hotel as well as the place to discover this beautiful city!

I started at Cedric/Lysa's place for almost 6 weeks. It was a great stay! The apartment is well appointed with everything you need for a long stay. It's also very quiet and cozy with friendly neighbours. The location is very close to many public transport options, a supermarket and big park. They were super responsive with communication and very helpful with any questions, sorting any issues out very quickly. Highly recommend!
