In the old stone farmhouse that we occupy, in the middle of unspoiled nature, this completely independent accommodation offers a double bed on a low mezzanine, a living area with a single boat bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and toilet. Outside an unfenced garden with furniture and parking right next to the accommodation. In Ardèche Verte, at the crossroads of Annonay, Lamastre, Tournon and St Félicien. Walking, mountain biking, swimming, Peaugres safari, bike rail, etc...

Former oil mill that has become a dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with gated courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.
