Au 2ème étage : 1 chambre (1 lit en 140), 1 chambre (1 lit 1 place), salle d'eau, WC indépendant. Au rez-de-chaussée : espace commun avec cour fermée gazonnée et à l'arrière un grand jardin arboré avec salon de jardin et un barbecue commun au 4 appartements. Lave-linge commun au RDC. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
