40 m2 2-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Pézenas, in a townhouse composed of 2 apartments. It is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac and sheltered from noise. The accommodation has been refurbished, and quality equipment level. Close-by shops and restaurants within walking distance. You can spend your stay without having to take the car. Numerous activities are offered all year round: city of Molières, steeped in history. Possibility to combine with the Pézenas experience.

The little blue house.

Charming little village house located in the historic center of Vias, 2 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the Canal du Midi, comprising on the ground floor, living room + open kitchen. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. SMALL DETAIL: As indicated above, it is a village house which is what makes it charming and therefore, no parking space right in front! On the other hand, there are many opportunities to park nearby as there are free parking lots.

We welcome you to the ground floor of a village house, winegrower style close to the church and the shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, deckchairs, barbecue and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike by taking a path through the vineyards and the bike path. Lido Beach separates the lagoon that is the Étang de Thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Independent studio in a village house. Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m². We offer a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a newly fitted kitchen, a sitting area with two armchairs and coffee table for coffee, reading etc. Alignan is a small town ideally located 8 minutes from Pezenas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 20-25 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the highway and 45 minutes from Montpellier. The village has all amenities and is very active culturally.
