La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Wake up in peace, you can enjoy walks and hikes (GR 42 at your feet), the river but also many activities (climbing, spa, safari...).

Le Refuge du Loir

Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!
