The first ski resorts are about 35 mn away by car with the Semnoz (downhill and cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing) and the Margeriaz (downhill skiing), 1h from Grand Bornand or La Clusaz & 2.5h from the major resorts.

The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Lovely cottage in the countryside - 4 people

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Large fully furnished T2 in a detached house with a separate entrance. It features a large living room with built-in kitchen and sitting area (sofa bed) that overlooks a large wooden terrace. A bedroom with a queen size bed gives access to the bathroom and dressing room. Separate toilet. Possibility of washing machine for stays of minimum 4 nights.
