At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

Located in a green setting on the edge of a small river, the Moulin de l'Odon is an independent accommodation combining charm and comfort. Completely renovated and equipped with quality amenities, it can accommodate up to 4 people. To make your night or stay more enjoyable, bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can also relax in the small private garden that is not overlooked and equipped with a charcoal barbecue. Parking in a closed private courtyard with a gate.

Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
