Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Servan, Saint-Malo

Étienne and Valérie are welcoming, available and yet discreet hosts. We had a great week in the townhouse of their residence, clean, very well equipped and with the fenced garden and terrace which are really a plus, especially for our dog! The quiet environment, the Carrefour Market a three-minute walk away and the beach a 7-minute walk away also make it a perfect place for holidays. Close to intra muros and 20 minutes from Cancale by car. I highly recommend this rental for a couple who likes to take long walks or a family with two children. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Everything was perfect! Marie Laure is really very friendly, very available and has excellent advice, small gifts upon arrival. Perfect place, as described, clean and spacious for the two of us and our 4 dogs. The garden is perfectly adapted, perfectly enclosed, animals can't escape. Shopping center a few hundred yards away (discount supermarket, bakery, Grand Frais etc.). 3 beaches 2.5 km away (Le Pissot and beaches of La Vicomté et de l 'Écluse), Dinard centre is 2.5 km away. A really perfect place, we would come back if Marie Laure stayed at La Richardais. We were really delighted with our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is beautiful, warm, well-equipped and quiet. Everything is optimal for having a good time.

What caught our attention most was the extreme quality of all the facilities, and the taste with which all the amenities, inside and outside were made; the staircase is beautiful , away from the mediocre standards often encountered in rentals; We really appreciated the floor of the upstairs bathroom, teak boat deck style, the quality of the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the general layout of the rooms. The whole place is perfect, thank you to our host.

We rented Tiphaine's house for 1 week. We really felt at home. A family of 5 with 3 children, the children also enjoyed it because there is enough to keep them busy even in rainy weather. The house is equipped with lots of games and a games room and plenty to read, almost a library. The location is great, easy access to go to Saint-Suliac, Saint-Malo, Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinard… not to mention Tiphaine's welcome, beds made on arrival and her sweetness which adds a real touch of sympathy. Thanks and we'll be back

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

cute little studio on the 3rd floor without an elevator it makes you do sports😉, beautiful view from the balcony, shops and beach are within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay. It's a shame that the weather wasn't great, knowing the area well, it didn't stop us from going out we had fun walking around Dinan and St Malo, so when Brocéliande forest.

Would highly recommend a stay here! Cecile and Greg couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and Greg’s cookies were absolutely delicious! We loved the peaceful location and the kids really enjoyed the pool and trampoline in the garden. Nearby Dinan is a beautiful town with lots to explore too.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

We had a great time! The apartment matches the photos and tastefully decorated! In addition, the accommodation is extremely well located, in the heart of the intramuros. The little welcome kit for the dog is a little attention that makes you happy! Hosts are very responsive and their recommendations are very good places to stay. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a lovely weekend with the family. The house is perfect to host a large family, very functional, very pleasant, bright, neat decoration. Very well equipped, we lacked nothing. I can only recommend it!

We had a great time at Alexandra's place. The house is functional and well equipped. It is ideally located (food shops within walking distance and main points of interest in the area nearby). And, above all, Alexandra was a lovely, accommodating and very responsive host. She even came to bring me her own mixer so I could make a recipe. 😉 We'll be happy to go back!

We spent a few days at Sandrine's cottage with our 3.5 year old son. It matches the description perfectly, is very clean and perfectly furnished. On sunny days, the outdoors is very pleasant with everything you need to relax/have fun for all ages. There are also plenty of games indoors to keep you busy on bad weather days. We loved the tiny train station just opposite that connects Dinan or Saint Brieuc in a short period of time. Check-in and check-out are done independently, we did not meet Sandrine but the access instructions were very clear and communication was excellent because she is very responsive. We recommend this quiet accommodation for relaxing or visiting nearby (St Malo, Dinan, Saint Cast-le Guildo, etc.).

Agnes welcomed us right in front of the accommodation and explained everything to us. The accommodation is a stone cabin and it is really beautiful, outside and inside, located next to a horse farm just behind the cabin. Agnes has three dogs who also welcomed us, and who came back from time to time to see how we were doing! The cabin is very close to the town of Combourg where there are several restaurants, a castle, and beautiful countryside to discover. Agnes recommended Le Chat Toqué for its burgers which were amazing! Afterwards we rented electric bikes and took a little ride before heading back. All in all, we give Agnes five big stars!

Very good stay, the accommodation is as described. The setting is very nice and very quiet. The hosts are welcoming and available. The accommodation is very functional and clean.

Our little weekend went very well. The place is beautiful and the apartment more than comfortable , there is absolutely everything , we did not lack anything. Christian is a great host, very accommodating and attentive. It was a nice meeting thank you again .
