Well located apartment, not far from the beach. Clean and well kept. The owners are very responsive and check-in is autonomous, which is a plus!

Who were completely complete. Michelle is very nice and hospitable. The location is perfect - right on the beach and also not far from Mont-Saint-Michel. The apartment was very nice and cozy. Our dog Archie also felt very comfortable. Michelle goes to great lengths: A feeling water bowl for our dog, a bottle of cider and madeleines made our arrival sweeter. For our Archie (dog) she also had treats🐶 We will be back - thank you!😊

 We had a great time! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very clean and ideally located just steps from the beach. Everything was as advertised, and the hospitality was spotless. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is very nice. The terrace in the back of the house is quiet and overlooks the greenery. It's very relaxing. There's nothing lacking in the house. We had a great weekend.

Fabien really hosted us very well, so much so that if we come back, it will be to his home (subject to availability). Close to all amenities, both on the Le Richardais and Dinard side. In short, a great stay.

Small apartment on the ground floor very nice, very close to the beach Creperie, bakery and bar 100 m away! The hosts were very responsive, thank you so much for hosting us! A little important info though: the bedroom and living room are separated by a simple curtain.

Very nice accommodation, identical to the photos. Beachfront apartment ideal for fishing or the beach. 10 min drive from the intramuros. All amenities nearby. Very well furnished apartment, very clean with all amenities (much more than in other rentals). Really nothing to say. I congratulate Caroline on this very nice apartment and on her very clear communication on arrival and departure. We'll be back.

Great stay at the Seigneurie! Very nice services and very good location between Mont St Michel and St Malo

We were able to take advantage of this rental to visit this beautiful part of Brittany. The accommodation is well located, between Cancale and Saint Malo, within walking distance of pretty beaches. The home, as described on the site, satisfied us. Karine was a responsive host and gave us many helpful tips. We recommend this property.

The flat is very comfy and most of the equipment is bright new. The sofa-bed is really high class, effortlessly automated opening and very confortable. Ask where is the swimming pool when you arrive, it's at the back, behind another building of the same block. Once you know it is very accessible.

we had a lovely weekend with our 3 kids. The house is very nice, very neat decor and tastefully made. Everything is well arranged and the place peaceful. The outdoor spaces really enjoyed the kids, which was really a plus for us. Cécile and her husband are very friendly and pleasant hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, tastefully decorated and very functional apartment. All shops are just around the corner and especially the beautiful white sand beach. Sublime! Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie's house! Everything is great: the beach is so close, the house is very comfortable, nicely decorated, the surroundings are quiet, and the site is beautiful. I would 100% recommend this listing!

Great theme: modernist art. Loved it. Family-friendly and comfortable. The village center is two minutes away by foot and very charming and lively with restaurants, a tabac, and 2 bakeries. Grocery store is 1 km. away.

We had a wonderful week, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and discovered many things Bretagne has to offer. Would definitely come again.

We are just back from a lovely stay at this house and had a great time! The location is good for access to St Malo, Dinard and other villages. Not a huge amount to do in Saint Jacut-de-la-mer itself but a gorgeous beach literally 5 mins walk away. We had a lovely food in La Goëlette restaurant locally with very good service too. My only 2 negatives are that bedding wasn’t included in the booking which is the first time I have experienced this with Airbnb. You could hire sheets etc locally which could be delivered but that would have been an unnecessary increase in cost for us so we took our own. The duvets provided were nice but pillows were square so not very comfy in our rectangular pillow cases! I also didn’t find an information folder with details of doctors, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants etc in the property which would be helpful. Other than the 2 minor things above, this is a really great house and we would love to visit again!

Excellent week. Very nice house. Very nice environment and very nice garden. Well located for exploring the Emerald Coast. In the middle of the attractions.
