Situé à 15kms de Bordeaux, Saint Caprais est un petit village de campagne au cœur du vignoble de l'entre deux-mers. La maison à louer ainsi que notre maison se trouvent sur un grand terrain, clos et arboré. La maison est totalement indépendante de la notre. Une place de parking vous sera réservée. La maisonnette de 50m² est constituée de 3 pièces, une cuisine équipée, une chambre et un salon avec un canapé-lit. La sdb comprend une douche italienne, un lavabo et un WC. Le tout est climatisé.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Pretty and typical small apartment in center of Bordeaux . It is completely renovated. It is located on a small square in the historic, cosmopolitan and lively district of Saint Michel. You are close to the train station and street St Catherine ( 5 min ). I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free.
