Charming place to stay, accommodating up to 5 guests. From the wooden terrace you can enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the countryside. Ideally located between Niort and La Rochelle, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin. You have all the amenities in Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon, including an indoor pool, and a nice walk along the Canal du Mignon. The gîte is located next to the N11. 30 min from La Rochelle, Chatelaillon beach; 1 hour from the Futuroscope. Hot tub available from May to September.

In the heart of a fully renovated old barn, come and stay in the quiet countryside while being close to La Rochelle, Niort or the Poitevin marsh. The 5-person vacation rental is divided into a large living room with equipped kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine) as well as a bathroom/toilet. We offer a cottage in the countryside in Charente-Maritime in our farmhouse complex. The cottage is fully renovated, it has a capacity of up to 8 people with terrace and indoor pool (pool hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) it is naturally heated by a dome. (October to May the pool is closed) A relaxation area with deckchairs is at your disposal. The vacation rental is composed of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen area with dining room.
