You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Thanks to the host for hosting us at 10 p.m. we couldn't enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi it was great!

We had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful home. We enjoyed walks and runs along the river. Great pool. Very family friendly, our kids enjoyed all the house had to offer. Safe parking. We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We stayed here to relax and rest before a long trip, and the place perfectly met our expectations. The accommodation is as described, tastefully decorated, and very nice. Its location, close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, is a real asset. Emre was very responsive and really kind. We will not hesitate to return if we return to this area! 🙏

Excellent stay!! The place is very beautiful, even better than in the pictures, the garden is really beautiful! The hosts are lovely and wonderfully kind. No negative points, everything is perfect😁

We were two families with 9 people total. There was room for one family in two bedrooms and a family for four in the upstairs bedroom. There was a toilet in every floor (3) and a great little outdoor area. Washer and dryer on the top floor in the office area of the bedroom. It was a 15 min walk from the metro station and a 2-5 min walk to a grocery store, cafe, restaurants, playground, bakery, all in an adorable neighborhood. And a river walk and river access about 5 min walk as well. Really nice stay in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. Loved being on the A train line, so helpful for staying near Paris. Also went to st Germaine at the end of the A line, what a great place!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

The house matches the description, modern, very comfortable, very clean and very well-equipped; and located in a very nice environment. Not to mention Nawal and Kriddina who are really welcoming, caring, very friendly hosts. Thanks to them. I recommend it 100%!

The house is very pleasant to live in, cozy, with its two gardens and the visit of the dwarf rabbits. We also enjoyed the excellent bedding, the new towels and the nice smell, as well as the small welcome touches. Ideal place for family weekends

We only spent one night in the house but everything was impeccable. The bedding is quality, everything is clean and very well-equipped. We didn't have time to enjoy it but the terrace is really cozy and intimate. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A large, very pleasant park nearby.

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been very recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The hammam wasn't available, but it wasn't needed. I highly recommend the property.

The 4 days spent with our children at Christine's were very pleasant. It's a lovely family home, cozy, comfortable and very convenient. One of those peaceful and charming places where you immediately feel good, like at home. As for the garden, it's a marvel!! We spent time in the back of the house enjoying the beautiful roses, and the beautiful flower beds. Our grandson loved the pretty meadow, and the toys available. Christine welcomed us with simplicity and great kindness (thank you for the croissants on the first day and all the other touching touches ;) She showed me the history of the place... and the splendid varieties of roses. A big, big thank you to her for sharing this.
