The independent apartment located on the ground floor of our house is composed of a separate bedroom, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed. It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

We had a wonderful stay at Brice's. His house, full of charm and authenticity, immediately enveloped us in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Every detail of the decor reflects a refined taste and a vibrant soul, making the place lively and inspiring. Communication with Brice was smooth, pleasant and responsive, which made our stay much easier. Nestled in the heart of the city, a short walk to the train station and close to the Saturday morning market, this property is a haven of sweetness. Go without a second thought!

Great central location! It’s basic but very spacious inside and very quiet - so great value! It’s on the main shopping street so it can be difficult to pull up right outside, but there are big free car parks not too far away. It was very hot the day / night we stayed so we didn’t try the heating.

Limor and Romain are super nice, responsive, caring and beyond. We've never had such thoughtful and close hosts! Always ready to help us with all our requests. The place is really fabulous, the view as pictured. We all slept very well and loved the little shop with some "local products" in the house's storage room. Walking around the house is not easy, but by car, everything is really very close. The bike rental perfectly organized by Limor for us, allowed us to explore the surroundings (be careful of the hills of course ;-) Thanks! We'll be there again

Great welcome. Apartment has a very good location. Clean accommodation. Agnes is at the very nice.

Excellent stay at Moulin du Lac, peaceful, cool in the trees (it was very hot that day). The apartment is nice and cozy. I recommend it and will probably come back to that. The only problem when I arrived, I had a little trouble finding the right door because there is confusion in the apartment numbers, they have changed: it's 11, at the top!

A very nice location and easily walkable to the city center. Plenty of space and convenience, good parking in front of the B&B. Recommended, would go back there in a heartbeat!
