It is an old workshop, 80m2 loft located in the heart of the historic center of paimpol in one of the weekly Tuesday morning market squares, 4 minutes from the marina and train station on foot, quiet. You are 10 minutes from the pier for Brehat. You have an outdoor area where you can lounge, lunch not overlooked ,with a parking space. This place is not suitable for partying, the neighborhood must be respected.
