The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Your stay will be punctuated by the tides. Guests can enjoy beautiful walks along the towpath. Vacation home 65 m2, new. Located in the seaside resort of St Quay Portrieux, Kertugal district. 900 m from the Casino beach (20 min walk, 5/10 min bike). Very quiet. 800 m2 lot, not overlooked, south-facing. Portico with swings. Large living room with kitchen. 2 bedrooms. At the start of many hiking (GR34) and mountain biking trails. Supermarket 500 m away. Linens and towels not provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay by you.
