Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Prix

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Een heel gezellig huisje met een charmant tuintje. Een mooie uitvalsbasis om Parijs met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. Een echte aanrader!

We had a wonderful week at the house. Sandrine and Willy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We travelled with 6 toddlers, and the house and grounds were safe, private and brilliant for a relaxing week away. Couldn’t recommend the house more. A big thank you to Sandrine and Willy for being excellent hosts!

Très belle maison dans laquelle les 3 générations ont passé d’excellents moments . Le cadre est paisible, magnifique et magique ( mieux que sur les photos). La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée et très propre. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci Esther et Daniel.

Très bon petit séjour en famille . Hôte très accueillant, souriant et sympathique. Proposition de jacuzzi, piscine et tour en jeep afin de faire un tour à travers la forêt. Charmante petite maison isolé du regard des autres mais pas loin des hôtes en cas de problèmes ce qui est très bien . Possibilité de se balader et d’aller à la rencontre des chèvres et des chevaux ce qui a rendu en joie notre fille de 3 ans. Possibilité de faire ses courses pas très loin et à côté de certains lieux sympa à faire. Cathédrale de Beauvais / parc saint Paul … Nous recommandons ce petit lieu de charme et de calme . Nous souhaitons bonne continuation à Philippe et sa famille et plein de belles choses .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marc and Corinna and their children, first of all. From the second I walked in they welcomed me warmly and were full of positive energy. The place itself is in a calm, green area and it is very original and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus as I ended up doing most of my work there. Best place I've stayed in so far. 100% recommended.

Haben uns für diese Wohnung entschieden um ein langes Paris Wochenende zu verbringen. Es war die beste Wahl die man sich vorstellen kann. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, so dass man ohne Schwierigkeiten in diese Perle einchecken konnte. Das Hochbett ist natürlich der Höhepunkt der Wohnung, es ist wie als Kind, wenn man im Doppelstockbett oben schlafen darf. :) Die Wohnung ist außerdem super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gern kommen wir wieder, falls wir es nochmal nach Paris schaffen. Wovon ich ausgehe. Ach, in der Nähe gibt es tolle Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, Essen zu gehen und die Bäcker sind á la bonheur! Genau das richtige für Naschkatzen! Würde gerne zehn Sterne vergeben. MERCI BEAUCOUP, Daniela und Thomas

Wir haben uns in der Wohung wohlgefühlt. Sie war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kaffee usw. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Hinterhof u die Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine, eingemauerte Terrasse. Praktisch fanden wir, dass es in der Straße zahlreiche Bäcker oder kl. Lebensmittelläden gibt. Wir hatten unsere Räder dabei, in ein paar Minuten ist man damit am Place de la Republique. Wir haben alle Touren mit dem Rad gemacht, hat sehr gut funktioniert, da in Paris überall Radwege installiert sind.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

Uns hat es bei Monica und Albert sehr gut gefallen. Alles war für unseren Aufenthalt bestens vorbereitet, der Schlüssel problemlos herauszunehmen, das Aufschließen beim ersten Mal ein wenig tricky, aber schnell zu lernen. (Vorsicht: Die Treppe nach unten ist sehr steil.) Wir freuten uns über den süßen Willkommensgruß auf dem Tisch. Ein reizendes Appartement auf der Insel de la grande Jatte, fast direkt am Wasser gelegen (Achtung: Moskitos!), modern eingerichtet, Kunst an den Wänden, alles vorhanden, was für einen Aufenthalt nötig ist, schönes Geschirr, Nespresso-Kapseln, Bioessig und -öl. Das große Bett ist sehr bequem, die Aussicht grandios, Erholungsfaktor enorm. Mit den Moskitos war zu rechnen, wir haben einige Stiche abbekommen und waren froh über unseren Byte-away. Entschädigt wurden wir von der großartigen Aussicht. Wir haben gern den vorbeifahrenden Ruder- und Touristenbooten zugeschaut und die angenehme Temperatur genossen. Wir freuen uns auf auf unseren nächsten Besuch hier!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Perfect location for Disneyland, the mall and cafes. We will certainly be staying again.

Charmante kleine Wohnung im 27. Stock des Evasion 2000 von 1971. Zugang zu einem Pool unterm Dach. 15 Minuten Fußweg zum Eiffelturm. Sehr schnelle und klare Kommunikation mit Paule. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Maison de haut standing, tout équipé. Endroit calme et reposant. Cadre absolument agréable avec une maison très bien agencé que ce soit l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. Fabrice est un hôte avec qui la communication est facile et qui s'adapte à nos demandes. Je recommande a 100%

Nous avons fait une halte de 2 nuits chez Françoise sur la route du retour des vacances et avons été ravis. Hôte très agréable, attentionnée et discrète. Elle nous a proposé de s’occuper de notre lessive, la machine ne se trouvant pas dans le logement. À notre arrivée, jus d’orange au frais et brioche nous attendaient, une délicate attention ! Le logement était propre, confortable et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement et d’autant plus si vous avez un séjour au parc Disneyland de prévu (logement à 10min du parc en voiture). À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver du jus d’orange dans le frigo et une délicieuse brioche — de petites attentions très appréciées. Le logement était impeccable, confortable et très bien situé. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente !

Bel appartement très bien situé dans Paris! L appartement est agréable, bien rangé et propre. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Stephanie est très accueillante !

Carole est très attentive à ces hôtes. Nous avons pu nous arranger pour l'heure arrivée car nous habitons assez loin. Nous étions 7 dans l'appartement et nous nous sommes senti très à l'aise. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu visiter l'entièreté de la ville, nous allons donc sûrement revenir et relouer cette appartement :) Encore merci
