Family-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Prix

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at the house. Sandrine and Willy went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We travelled with 6 toddlers, and the house and grounds were safe, private and brilliant for a relaxing week away. Couldn’t recommend the house more. A big thank you to Sandrine and Willy for being excellent hosts!

Very beautiful house in which 3 generations spent excellent moments. The setting is peaceful, beautiful and magical (better than in the photos). The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and very clean. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you Esther and Daniel.

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay! Very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and close to the metro. The apartment was super nice, cute and charming. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Marc and Corinna and their children, first of all. From the second I walked in they welcomed me warmly and were full of positive energy. The place itself is in a calm, green area and it is very original and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was a wonderful bonus as I ended up doing most of my work there. Best place I've stayed in so far. 100% recommended.

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

We chose this apartment to spend a long weekend in Paris. It was the best choice you can imagine. Communication was super easy, so you could check into this gem without any hassle. The loft bed is of course the highlight of the apartment, it is like being a child when you are allowed to sleep upstairs in the bunk bed. :) The apartment is also super clean and modernly furnished. We'd be happy to come back if we make it to Paris again. Which I assume. Oh, there are great opportunities to shop, eat and the bakers are á la bonheur! Just the thing for those with a sweet tooth! We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed: bed linen, towels, coffee, etc. The location is quiet in a backyard and the apartment even has a small, walled terrace. We found it practical that there are numerous bakers or small There are grocery stores. We had our bikes with us, in a few minutes you can be at the Place de la Republique. We did all the tours by bike, worked very well, as bike paths are installed everywhere in Paris.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

We enjoyed it very much at Monica and Albert's. Everything was well prepared for our stay, the key was easy to take out, unlocking it the first time was a little tricky, but quick to learn. (Caution: The stairs down are very steep.) We were delighted with the sweet welcome greeting on the table. A lovely apartment on the island of la grande Jatte, almost directly on the water (attention: mosquitoes!), modernly furnished, art on the walls, everything available that is necessary for a stay, nice dishes, Nespresso capsules, organic vinegar and oil. The large bed is very comfortable, the view magnificent, the relaxation factor enormous. The mosquitoes were to be expected, we got some bites and were happy about our Byte-away. We were compensated by the great view. We enjoyed watching the rowing and tourist boats passing by and enjoyed the pleasant temperature. We look forward to our next visit here!

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Perfect location for Disneyland, the mall and cafes. We will certainly be staying again.

You can go to various subway lines in just 10 minutes on foot. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up with your luggage. There are also plenty of good restaurants around. The Eiffel Tower is next to it, so you can't see it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a nice place to spend time comfortably.

Luxury home, fully equipped. Quiet and relaxing place. Absolutely pleasant setting with a very well arranged house whether indoors or outdoors. Fabrice is a host who is easy to communicate with and adapts to our requests. I recommend 100%

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very nice, thoughtful and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, the machine not being in the accommodation. When we arrived, fresh orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate touch! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 min from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the nice surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We would recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly come back if the opportunity arises!

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange for the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again:) Thanks again
